I'm sure Buhari is even ashamed of the situation in Rivers but just can't say anything. He caused their problem here and then used to military to cause more problems. Buhari retires in 2023, I doubt there will be any future for Ameachi. They might just keep him around to help them Rig elections in the South South but never as a respected member/colleague.

With the operations and workings of the present CBN, it's not possible to withdraw 17B in 3 days...Except from cbn, except on d orders of the Cbn governor even the president have no such powers and if he orders it, the cbn gov can refuse the order.
