For any business to build client trust, such business must have a physical office no matter how small but the challenge of maintaining a small office is with the Overhead. The overhead of an average one room office in a month is as broken down below: Rent N15,000 Receptionist Salary N15,000 PHCN Bill N 3,000 Petrol for Generator N12,000 Internet N 8,000 PSP N 1,000 Other Contingencies N 6,000 TOTAL N60,000 Friends I must tell you this is too much for a start up and it will kill the business in months. As an expert in advising new start ups, i do recommend entrepreneurs to start out their business using a virtual or a serviced office where you will only pay like N10,000 per month and enjoy all the necessary office amenities while you focus on growing your business. For more details please drop your email here |

shizzle11: You should be very ashamed of yourself. Aren't people like your pitiable self a big problem?. So cos she's a South African girl, people shouldn't have voted for her right? The contest was not a Miss Nigeria but Miss Nairaland FYI, blawwdy f000l. And with this your racial/discriminatory attitude. IDIAAT!i gues you are the one that is being racial and rude here. the post you quoted never mentioned south or west or utter any rude statement |

teeboy4x: I wanna do a biz worth 1.2million with shopclue, should I go ahead? Why not, go ahead. when you get duped, you can come back to NL and complain and i can assure you we will be here to help you make all the necessary noise and get ourselves entertained. And you must also be ready to receive some curses from shopclue and probably be ready to meet in court as she is the only debtor i ever see in my life that threatens to takes her creditor to court.lol |
Why do we Nigerians use our mouth to kill ourselves... CNN, BBC, FOX never refer to this guy as Nigerian or even Nigerian-British. when he was deported from kenya, he was deported back to uk and not nigeria. Na wa ii |
A mad woman will always claim to be best mum for her child and wil fight anyone who tries to take her baby but that doesn't stop her from feeding the baby with sand and gutter water. I honest feel for the future of that innocent boy whose mother got character issue with everyone that comes her way and no. 1 on the list of known scammers or a father who's got drug issue as claimed. Hmmmn! Even though its non of my business as Mrs Allen would say but I wil continue to pray for the boy |

Nogen: I think You are the one who has issues understanding English. The fact that he said he's currently married to her doesn't mean they are living together. That is why he said Separated . legally, Wunmi is still his wife until a divorce takes place.ok. thanks |
Pipsland78: Where is the contradiction? You can be separated without being divorced, and as long as you are not divorced you are still husband and wife. Don tell me you dont know this please.ok. now i know |
The truth is 95% of hyips are built to fail. i did same oil-riches stuff and i got paid but a friend i introduced got cut up. I think the best is to flee hyips and do real business |
CarlAllen: Greetings All,Bros why the contradictions in bold. you said you are currently married to her and at the same time separated since 2004 and yet you still refer to her as your wife .I can say without mincing words you are not an American, you are only here to derail the thread. |
gluv01: They tried shai quite agree with you |

Athgo International headquartered in California is a nonprofit organization that will bring 200 students and underserved youth from around 50 countries to the World Bank hq in Washington DC on May 22-24, 2013 to help them build 25 socially and environmentally impactful startup businesses. Athgo’s 5th Global Innovation Forum at the World Bank’s headquarters titled “ICT Powering Constructive Entrepreneurs” will present intellectual, networking, and financial opportunities to the youth participants. The industry leading knowledge framework, the 4-Pillars to Success, designed by Athgo founder will power this year’s program, providing a unique opportunity for the youth to transform entrepreneurial ideas into reality, capitalizing on their individual capabilities to create value-producing start-ups. Amongst others, the Forum has the support of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Mr. Paul Kagame—an inspirational leader who knows the importance and value of young people in rebuilding his country after the Rwandan Genocide. We are fortunate to have the President, along with other top leaders, experts, and executives including those from Boeing, Microsoft, Chrysler, Intel, Daimler, Alcatel-Lucent, the World Bank, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the Broadband Commission for Digital Divide, join Athgo’s Forum to help guide the young delegates on their trek of building 25 new constructive start-up concepts. The participating young delegates will go through an interactive process of: 1. Learning about where entrepreneurial ideas take root 2. Joining a team of talented peers from around the world to form entrepreneurial ideas 3. Establishing how best to turn ideas into commercially viable business 4. Turning an idea into a start-up with the guidance of expert advisors 5. Qualifying for Innovation Grants 6. Building friendships and personable relationships with executives, high-level officials, and successful entrepreneurs 7. Moving forward with an actual start-up and their own team We will like to invite you to be part of our campaign at any capacity.
