@Justwise is right. I applied to visit the U.S for just 2 weeks, I got the visa and spent 1month even though my passport was stamped for 6months at POE. When my visa expired, my renewal was refused and the VO said I requested to spend just 2 weeks but spent a month.

I have applied for visas before, stated the intended visit period, travelled more than once with that visa, because it's still valid and I have not exceeded my max duration of stay on the visa.

But of course, you may have more information on this than I have experienced

The guy said they told him a decision has been made. I guess he should have asked if it has been dispatched.

No. I've actually been told that it's been processed (called the UKGov contact). But there's no update mail or change in the online tracking status by TLS

Have they sent you the generic mail saying your application is not straightforward?

May 27 was a bank holiday for them and counted as a public holiday. Also I think 4 and 5 June were public holidays that were counted by them as they didn’t send out ANY emails until June 6.

They don't count our public holidays

I think 15 working days excluding public holidays.. so maybe June 13 or 14 is the appropriate day.

I know someone that applied in April 10th 2019 and no update on the application and the program in which to attend had elapsed since may ending..... my question is what could have responsible for the delay? is it possible for the visa to be issue when the program has elapsed?

Funny enough, everyone I know that receives this type of e-mail end up getting the visa.

Since the mail is from TLS, it has nothing to do with your visa being approved or denied because they are not privileged to know applicants status.

Dear Applicant,

You have chosen Keep My Passport when Applying Service during you visa application. Now your visa application decision is ready, please re-submit your original passport where you submitted your application as soon as possible.

Please make sure the submitted passport:

- is same as the one you have provided copy during you submission appointment

- is not damaged in any way

- has at least two complete full blank pages, without any visa or remark

You can submit your original passport during VAC opening hours at Passport Collection window.
Please make sure you bring a print out of this notification email with you.
Please note that if you fail to provide a compliant passport before latest admission date, your visa application process will be stopped, all fees will not be refunded.

Bro. These guys don't really care about some of these documents. I will appreciate if these guys sharing testimonies let us know what valid visas they currently have on their passports. So if I that I have only visited South Africa and Dubai submit same set of documents with someone with a valid U.S or U.K visa, he might be approved while I might be denied.

Hi, we got an email to come collect our passport at the VFS centre.
We applied March 19th and this is the second time we applied after the initial rejection.

The only difference is that with the first application, CIC sent us an email stating reasons why they were not issuing the visa.
This time around, we just got an email from the VFS centre to come collect our processed passport. What do you guys think?

Please I applied for 6 month visitor's visa last year, which I was given, but now as if all the format of application has changed, someone called me asking of TLS connection asking for service charge which am just hearing that, because when u did my own application I applied online, did the payment online, choose date online and took all my supporting documents to the TLS office with they only check and scan the documents for me, am confused now.

I totally agree with you. Everyone is only sharing their thought. I think one cannot say accurately what is important from what is not but we can learn from people's experience.

I once travelled to U.S with $9k and I was pulled aside at Atlanta POE and I was drilled on what do I need so much money for just a 2week business trip. My bag was searched, my phone collected and thoroughly searched, my business partners contact checked. Thank God I was later allowed to go after almost 1hour when they finally confirm I came for serious business meeting.

On a flip side I had thought traveling with enough money will make the CBP officer happy that I have enough to take care of my self but no, It became a big problem for me.

Thing is when it comes to visa application nobody can say for sure that this is right and this isn’t right , whatever anyone who isn’t a consular is saying is a mere opinion and I hope people can take a cue and note it’s a mere opinion, because people qualify on different basis and reviewed by different consular officers, there’s a threshold you need to meet up when they’re assessing and once you meet it they can’t deny you the visa so nobody can say have so so so amount in your account because that’s a sham ( some people have 5 million and get denied some have less than one million and get approved), the banking profession can never be blacklisted please.

You need to attach the assets and also write a letter of intent. My first Canada visa application was denied based on purpose of visit but I reapplied 6 months after and I got it but the process was so long, it took 5 months for my visa to be approved. When you have too much money in your account for travel, it’s a red flag.

Her number one problem is that her stupd unknown manager looking for fame at all cost. Look at how she was attacking everyone that tries to advice the bread seller. To confirm my assertion only for her to make one stupd video
