This governor just made me understand that this job isnt worth putting so much effort on. This is a very good lesson.

That means what my principal said is true. That salary might not come this week but I still remain positive.

The message is now clear. My principal called today for us to come to d board on Monday and correct our data on a nominal roll that will be forwarded to d office of the head of service.

The question is, when will these heartless people finish collating these papers and start payment? The possibility of payment next week might not be there.

Untill then, if not, am still expecting.

I dont know why some folks are using their mouth to call themselves ghost workers after doing biometric.

let me continue to inform you that my colleagues that got transferred from my school to another school and d board respectively, did their biometrics and filled incidence form on d 23rd and 24th before our own which was on d 29th of June. Their colleagues that did biometric with them on that date without filling any form were paid while they were not but later received alert during d last payment.

If u like hit ur head against d wall, our money will come alongside this coming batch.

I told us here that we with incidence cases will only be paid alongside next batch of payment which is still pending. Those with incidence cases that have already collected originally were not paid alongside those they did biometrics with that were without issues. They were paid alngside next batch. So since we did not receive with our colleagues in d last batch, ours will come in d next batch of payment.

And until then, we might not be receiving normal monthly salaries. Lets hope in God.

From all my calculations so far concerning incidence issues, I observed that if u have incidence you will not receive alert alongside people your colleagues without issue. You will receive alongside next batch of payment. If u want to confirm this info, call the people with incidences and find when they did biometric then compare with when u did urs. So everyone should chillax coz ours will come alongside next batch.

I was in d board dis morning and d director gathered everybody and addressed us. He said dat everyone affected should make sure he complies with d directive as d governor have now promised to pay d money as against his previous decision of not paying anyone affected.

He said that, when d biometrics exercise is over dat all our money will be paid at d same time.

some are saying 6months statement while my principal said 3months-january to match which are d months we were not paid. which of these now is correct?

Pls go to Imo state and Abia state and see wht is called delay in payment of salaries, then u will hv all d cause to appreciate the leaders of this blessed state called Rivers State. Though am nt from this state but i truelly Love RIVERS STATE.

Go to cross rivers and see how workers salaries are paid. Wike promised to make our salaries a priority so let him do it without giving error excuse.

Keep hoping against hope. They said there will be another Biometrics audit in the next 3 weeks, it's after then they will know the real workers on the payroll. .so stop consoling yourselves and man up.. expect your salary in the next 4 weeks after the upcoming Biometrics exercise...

You people are just bleeding garbage from ur mouths. I'm a HND holder and I have a job paying me the same amount with B.sc holders. I just concluded my PGD programme and will be heading for my masters with the so-called Bsc holders whom I outshined during my PGD period. The earlier u people stop deceiving people and preventing people from becoming fully literates the better.

I just completed my PGD programme and one of my colleague in the office made a comment that PGD is not a degree. I asked him that if PGD is not a degree then what is it? He could not answer the question.

That's why I am asking whether PGD is a degree or a mere certificate or whether it is something else.
