Hey money man! I wish i have benjamins like you. I cud have take this R-type civic. I love d ride. Happy sales. |
The driver must be having trouble with the open/close controls, yet he's out for show up. Trust mother nature! It does not differentiate whether u're rich or poor... Lol. |
What? Hop it only affects undergraduate class. Or is it also applicable to postgraduate school? A big blow to me. |
That's Nigeria for you. A country that anything goes. You can do it & get away with. I used to see alot of cripples doing it in the north. I remember one with a tattered NYSC tshirt in Kaduna some years back. I'm waiting for the day a blind man will take over the traffic control. Lol. |
My guy if you have money go for avalon. The car is simply super. Though mostly V6 engine, but fuel economy is very good especially model 2006 & above. It is one of the few cars that have the best suspensions in auto industry. That's why the car is good for long distance journey. It has no any major maintenance issue. Just change your lubes routinely & enjoy your avalon! I can't afford it now, but in future I am planning to celebrate my 40th birthday with AVALON! Lol. |
lonelydude: I currently work as a Process Engineer in NLNG. We are 5 Process engineers in my team and I am the only Chemical Engineering Graduate amongst us, the rest are Mechanical Engineers. What more can we say? You have just hit the nail on the head! Chem eng is more of elitist eng. In every chemical process plant, you must supplement the Chem eng's with more Mech eng's back-up. Chem eng is like a daughter to Mech eng. Their only difference is that Chem has an advance knowledge of industrial chemistry. Therefore Mech eng is the mother of all eng. It used to be referred to as Military eng (during middle ages) in relation to civil eng. |
mr banji: Sir, you weren't cheated. Thanks alot for the enlightenment. Looking forward to do business with you in the near future. Best regards. |
Oga Banji, mine is a question. Why the cost of clearing camry 2007 just skyrocketed? Some months back i have an agreement with a certain agent to clear my camry at N350,000. When the car arrived (via grimaldi) he called me & request additional N100,000 before the car will be cleared. He claimed that the increase in price is due to government new tax and so on. I was mad. We almost fight with each other. In fact, i have no choice but to pay him. To get the car cleared, it costs me total of N450,000! Pls tell me, have i been cheated or the price is still within acceptable limit? |
Though we hate them with passion they have some pockets of supporters. Looking at this picture- No surprise. Its nothing new. This person cud be anybody; hausa, igbo, chadian, muslim, pagan, christians etc. He's either a fan, or he's making pranks- look at his fingers (V sign for peace). My advice to the promoters of this picture, if you want to feature another person next time, instead of name Boko haram, inscribe this name on his shirt "jama'atu izalatul bid'a lid da'awaatil wal jihaad". |
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhir raji'un. Boko haram or whatever ur satanic name is, u have done ur worst. This is exactly what u want to achieve; to cause bloody conflict between Muslims & Christians. Too bad the situation has degenerated to this chaos. But I must salute the good people of Wusasa Zaria (both Muslms/Xtians) who have summoned courage to confront three of the terrorists. Two were killed, one badly injured handed over to the police. Insha Allah, asirin ku zai tonu. |
Sorry, i mean boko haram have NOT extended their tentacles to Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto & Kebbi. |
Gusau, along Zaria-Sokoto highway, a typical northern town, small, less crowded, less ambitious easy going people, erratic power supply but less harsh weather than most northern cities. Didn't know much about it, i only stopped by on my way to Sokoto (more urbanized). But heard that crime rate is very low, only small time thieves/ burglars. You don't have to be scared of Gusau, only worry about the highway leading to d town. Though a smooth road, bandits are kings there especially during market days in some surrounding villages. Most of the robbers are herdsmen and amazingly ur southern brothers (apology). Though boko haram have not extended their tentacles to Zamfara, Katsina, Sokoto & Kebbi, you should stay alert & watch ur moves in any part of northern Nigeria. Even though most of us (muslims) beleive that boko haram is more of political power play than religious bigotry. My advice to you, don't reject the offer. Give Gusau a 3 month trial, if its not ur kind of town u can resign & return to ur more turbulent south. Best of luck. Allah bada sa'a. |
Chei! Baba Buhari always make me shiver with fear. His prophesies always turnout to be true. It looks as if he's some how a mini prophet. Though i'm not really a fan of Buhari, but apart from threats, blackmail, blame games, ranting, accusations & counter accusations, what have we really achieved in this present administration? A word for thought. Assalam. |
Mallam takwara na (name sake). It's a nice car with a reasonable price. Happy sale! Best regards. |
On a serious note, SS/SE should not complain. It's more easier to drive through Benin-Ore road these days. East-West road will be completed by Dec 2012. Enugu-Aba road has been marked for expansion (six lanes). Osha-Owerri contract has been reawarded. It's a good omen for road transporters- courtesy of GEJ. |
Hmmm. There is no need for this poll. There's one thing you can never take away from GEJ; His calmness. No matter the pressure, no matter the tension, no matter the boiling point or volatility, he always remain mute with his smiling face. Remember the Azazi outburst, GEJ says "boko revolt is not a problem of PDP, it is a problem of everybody in Nigeria. Those who called for dialogue are right, those who said there should never be dialogue are also right!" ...aahh! Oni luck o! |
Wow! Now I that I've bought a clean camry SE. Once more, thanks alot Oga Calculusx & other legends of this forum. |
May Almighty Allah continue to bless you. Keep the good work. Kindly help me check this VIN 4T1BE46K67U590648. The ship will arrive at Lagos port any moment from now. Best regards. |
Mmeenn! Some guyz are born to enjoy. See luxury rides! Happy sell bros, best of luck. |
Kai! See how NLanders are fuming with anger as if this is the first time of high profile killings in the north? Though losing 2 profs especially in educationally impoverished region is a terrible tragedy, what will you say about the hundreds of others who lost their lives in similar circumstance? (accept my sympathy/ apology/ condolence). It is not too late, Mr. President. You can still dialogue with them (if they truely exist). It may not involve monetary reward. A word is enough for a wise. In my opinion, I think this set of people are non religion. They are nothing other than agents of apocalype. Anybody can be a victim. |
Eyyah. Azazi thought that he's doing Jona favor by going to the public & spilled what he knows (or what he thinks) about boko saga. He didn't know that Jona has become a mafia. A mafia man will tell u white when he sees black, he turned left when he supposed to go right. No poison, no weapon can penetrate them. Remember Remi Babalola? He made the same mistake? by saying NNPC is broke. FG says it's a lie, NNPC is not broke. And they booted Babalola out within 2 weeks. So Oga azazi, in 2 weeks time we shall receive u home at Port Harcourt airport. |
Haba abokina azazi! What took u so long before u split d beans? Or is it now that discover the hopelessness in crushing the bokites? Mr. NSA we all know that this is a mafia war only the devil can win. I'm seeing u resigning from ur post soon. Allah tsine muku baki daya! |
It is only in Nigerian movies when a prayer warrior/ pastor says "HOLY GHOST FIRE! to an evil person and you will see fire balls, fire whips, fire missiles appearing. Wonderful! I love my native movies. |
This is our biggest problem- INFERIORITY COMPLEX. Without it, we cud have overcome many great challenges throughout our history as a black race. |
Allah gives fame & power to whom He wishes. Chei, oni luck o! |
Kano road ko? Kano community ni! Southern press is becoming more comical. KANO ta Dabo tumbin giwa ko da me kazo an fika! |
@Stilldee1. You go kill me with laughter, haha ha, lol! A big salute to Uboma. And over to you OSARO WILLIAMS, I know you have glued to your phone screen reading this post, you better disappeared from the radar before you get caught. A word is enough for a wise. Kai! Nigerians. We are very amazing people! |
@NorthSharp. May Allah bless you. |
Beaf: That is what the thread is about. Don't you feel it is a deep embarrassment that states cannot survive without FG help of some sort? Dude, I published a list of cities that make more money than Nigeria. Why should mere cities make more money than an entire country if something is not culturally wrong with that country?hey dude, i wish i can take care of my locality not to mention contributing to the center. But we have a big problem as Nigerians- lack of unity. Without unity among various ethnic tribes there will never be progress in that country. As i'm writing this, i'm very pessimistic about 2015.- is there gonna be election? A military coup? Country disintegration? Or a bloody civil war? Allahu a'lam. So friend, you can see Nigeria is a very unfortunate project. |
Eazee-e:eeyyaa, I no know say u still de vex after many centuries of slavery. Sorry o. Anyway, permission to call urself southerner. Dabba! |
This thread is nonsense. A big illusion. The topic should rather read: how much do your state/LG grabs from the national cake- allocations, projects, special funds, poverty assistance, amnesty training etc. |
