For an African president to consolidate his power, he must install his key trusted people in Finance, Energy, Security, and Army. The big question here is; are these tribal appointees have the overall country's interest in their hearts? Funny enough, after four or eight years, another set of tribal groups will control the helm of affairs of Nigeria.

Actually, the gas refilling of a 10kg CNG cylinder can be done in 5 minutes. Routine inspection and connecting the CNG nozzle to the supply valve in your engine take about 2 minutes. The whole refuelling process takes another 2 minutes or less. The station operator can vary the gas flowrate.
