Your timing is most likey off, but what type if timing belt did you buy and how much did it cost you? If its the regular thing they sell I doubt you will get 10k km before it snaps. I hope it was original. |
atikubaba: My car ,2003 Toyota Avalon ,suddenly shows check engine ,VSC and track off .it was scanned and the trouble codes are P0135 and P0155.what are the possible causes and how can I go about solving this problems my self .Drawings detailed explanations on how to do the troubleshooting will be highly appreciated. thanksYour AF/oxygen sensors (P0135) Bank 1 sensor 1 and AF/oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 (PO155) are reporting errors to your Ecm (brain box) .They could be bad and need replacement or the harness (wires that connect) could be faulty, check harness if ok replace faulty Sensors. The sensors are located on your exhaust system Re scan and rest vehicle cover 100km and re scan for possible errors, if non I guess you are clear. The title of your post is (I need analysis on this top cylinder) From your picture it looks ok, clean out the carbon/oil/sludge, grind the valves, change the valve stem seals and the head should function fine. |
433km on a 50liter tank is very good on a V6 doing city driving. |
Very available |
Weather miles or kilometers your calculation is not possible in ctiy driving. Please recalculate. |

yinkson: In some vehicles, the ABS automatically locks both front or rear wheels or even all four wheels during/after an emergency braking(accident/crash) thereby making the vehicle unmoveable. Unless the ABS is loosened from the brake fluid area of the engine room.Hilarious. ABS didn't do that. Don't rush to a conclusion like that. |
Its a split second decision, veering off at a wide angle at top speed caused your car to flip, unfortunately its more of instinct and self preservation to avoid than Ram into an oncoming vehicle, happy you are alive and well. |
Readone35L: The whole engine bay nauCan we have pics of your engine and idle? This is a pdf file of how to clean IACV http://www.google.com/url?q=http://engine-codes.com/uploads/honda/04-007.pdf&sa=U&ei=TzL-U_y4AofJOfCagbAF&ved=0CDAQFjAL&sig2=zerd6OqbAw0pz7cch5JH_g&usg=AFQjCNFycRp39BU365uZyFXJly7paK-J_A |
chucky234: The next day I managed the car from Ojo barracks to a Mech workshop along 2nd Avenue in Festac where I had them changed the CPS, that was the end of my sleepless nights. chucky234: Grand Cherokee stalling issues has nothing to do with key.Intermitent faults and what the OP described here are not the same thing, I used to have a dodge caravan and when ever it became hot the car misfired and yes I had to change the crank shaft position sensor at the end of the day, it solved my problem "but I had to scan when I had the misfire b4 I knew what was causing the problem" the OP'S car goes off after 10secs that "is not a Crankshaft position sensor problem" the immobilizer is shutting off power to the injectors or coils or both (don't know how jeeps immobilizers work) but clearly NOT a CKP problem OP please scan your vehicle and also take a pic of your dash board (instrument panel) when you are cranking also take a pic of your vehicle car keys. Don't throw parts at a problem you just end up wasting money. |
@(A pill of chill) "I scanned the ride It Only Showed Idle Air bla bla" This bla bla scan result will not help. |
badpeople: Gurus in d house, pls my 2001 grand Cherokee limited version has a problem, starting the engine, it run for 10secs and goes off immediately if I start again, this process repeat itself until the battery runs down, I called for scanning which they told me they need to reprogram the vehicle, I paid the electrician and he remove my brain box(the one by passenger side inside the bonnet) and something like flat plastic with anchor under the stairing then he collected the key to the car, only for him to come after 4hrs, he fixed what he went with back to d vehicle and start but d issue still remain the same, he said is coming, that's how he ran away, I have being talking to him but he keeps giving me flimsy excuses, now am confused, gurus pls help outTry starting with the spare key. |
Too many men on the ground, all we need are air strikes. |

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't Brazilian hair come from Brazil? |
This is Evil! I welcome an eye for an eye in this matter. |
nairacountry: Thanks Gazzuzz and Mayor2013, there is no leak but was told "catalyst efficiency below threshold bank 1".Since there is no leak then for sure you have bad catalytic converter contact luvinghubby (https://www.nairaland.com/luvinhubby) for a "brandnew" one. You should replace defective parts, if you can't find "tokumbor" ones, order for new ones online. Buying OEM new parts will extend the life of your car. Consider checking this thread: https://www.nairaland.com/1869677/what-car-bits-need-us#25775839 |
