There is no way you can get a US bank account LEGALLY, This is because of the patriot act by the United states.

however, you can use payoneer to get one illegally though,

You want my advice?

a. Get a blog. write genuine content. leave comments on other people's blog. do this consistently for a month and you'll get 1000 unique visitors minimum. I have tried this with www.gbengaijotan.com and it worked for me. That is the best way to get traffic.

NOTE: This method is backdoor and not officially a paypal method!

meeting an internet guru is not a guarantee that you'll make money online. Setting a "time" is not even enough to make you money too. Internet business is not a quick way of making money.

Someone who wants to do internet business must be ready to do a lot of "Self Study" and concentrate on "just one internet business". That individual as well, must not be in a rush to make money, and must take their time to test, test and test. No internet business is guaranteed, and they are subjected to modification.

In your own case, here's what i advice(since you already av your mind set on internet business);

a. Decide on just one internet business you want to do

b. Get all available report/resources that will teach you how to do it & read read read and read until your eyes become red with understanding

c. Implement them. You'll fail, don't be discouraged, implement again, you'll make small success, dont be discouraged, rinse and repeat until you start making higher margins,

d. come back here to share your story, and let us know how you made Millions online

Lastly, stop looking for gurus. Start looking inward. seeing a guru won't make you money, irrespective of any method they teach you. Implementation, failing, implementing until you succeed is what works, NO MORE, NO LESS

I hope my 2 cent helps, although a bit harsh.

Give me proofs that he made his money from IBB windfall. Show me proofs, give me links.

I can't give u link as IBB don't have a website on his crimes or would he?

I'm sorry about dissing u, if that is how u see it.

It could amaze u that this IBB u r talking about Ii know his top workers and relations( won't be specific), one-on-one and we had discussions. This Adenuga u r talking bout, I know his First wife(same mother of the bride) one-on-one

Asides what pple post here about his loot, I have information from his relations about his money in glo and how he met  Adenuga in Ibadan long time ago. I will not say more than this.

There was a post about a guy married to a swiss in this thread and the government of swiss r paying him 1000 swiss(N140,000) currency per month for f.u.c'king his bride on daily basis.(Sorry about that too). It is in such situation of a country that if one of them who is as rich like Adenuga spends 'his' money like that, then your relativity theory can apply. Or it can apply in economies where their GDP is very good like Canada, US etc. Even then in such countries if u spend as much as that I'm not sure their government will not b on your tail.

Not in a country like Naija where sane pple r basking in dumpsites like madmen, even praying, bathing their. Relativity don't add-up here. The gap is madly wide for that pls.

Look at any currency of the world ie Naira notes u will see the title Central Bank of Nigeria, u will not c anybodys name written on it. So ownership is still subject to the respective countries Apex Bank. It also a reason their government collect tax etc and can b on your tail for accountability. It is produced to circulate as opposed to being amassed with the mentality of Nigerian rich.

and in what way are all these "Adenuga's" Problems?, Adenuga is not Nigeria's messiah. I know Adenuga knows Babangida, so also does Dangote knows Babangida too. Femi Otedola as well have close relationship with Babangida. Even Jimoh Ibrahim cannot claim not to have had contact with IBB, so what are we talking about.

If Adenuga does business with IBB, its not my problem. Let EFCC chase after them both. Afterall, the irresponsible IBORI is a known coup plotter, serial thief and also from the Niger Delta where oil is being produced. Why hasnt he done anything to alleviate poverty in his state?,

If the swiss government has processes in place that pays someone for sleeping with his wife (stop swearing on a public forum). IS that process put in place by the rich billionaires in switzerland or by the technochrats in government?.

Its only lazy and disadvantaged people that sleep in dumps. If anybody has problem with their lives, they can do something about it, instead of blaming the riches of another man.

I am really going to take to wavemasta advice on this one, thanks y'all

thank you for dissing me(some nairalanders do not fail to amuse me with their abusive nature), Give me proofs that he made his money from IBB windfall. Show me proofs, give me links. Don't come here and start talking out of assumption. Relativity works everywhere in the world. Take time to reflect on your personal finances, and you'll know what i am talking about. I am not in a war of words with anybody. Attack the matter at hand, and not the person discussing it. It is when people do not know how to argue constructively that they turn to abusing the personality of the individual they are arguing with.

WHY DONT YOU BE RESONABLE. NOBODY HASBEEN ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. WHAT IS THE SOURCE OF ADENUGA'S WEALTH? IT IS ONLY IN NIGERIA THAT ROBBERS AND LOOTERS ARE CELEBRATED. WHO DOES NOT KNOW THAT ADENUGA IS IBB'S PROXY.

ARE YOU NOT ALL BOTHERED ABOUT THE POVERTY IN THE LAND? WHY CAN'T WE ALL WITH ONE ACCORD SPEAK AGAINST EVIL WHEN ITS SO GLARING. IBB WILL SOON START DISHING OUT PART OF HIS STOLEN MONEY TO IGNORANT YOUTHS TO ENSLAVE US AGAIN.

HAVE YOU READ TODY'S PUNCH. SEE OUR YOUTHS AGAIN PROTECTING IBORI AT THE EXPENSE OF THEIR LIVES - PROTECTING A KNOWN THIEF. IF OUR YOUTH MENTALITY IS LIKE THIS WHERE ARE WE EADING TO.

ALL THOSE WHO ARE PRAISING ADENUGA AS A HARD WORKER YOU MUST HAVE YOUR HEADS EXAMINED. MANY OF US HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD TOO. IF YOU ARE GIVEN $2M TODAY AM SURE IN THE NEXT TWO YEARS MANY PEOPLE WILL SAY YOU ARE A HARD WORKER EVEN IF YOU ONLY USE THE MONEY TO SELL CARS ON NAIRALAND.

STOP VOMITING RUBBISH AND GET SERIOUS PLEASE

@wealth 123, you are the only one listening to yourself. That is why no one is answering your question. Give me proofs that Adenuga is IBB's proxy.  You are asking for the source of Adenuga's wealth, This is so funny. Do you know how much is being realised from Oil on a daily basis? I have a friend who was priviledged to work in PH city with a big oil company (the size of conoil) and he told me that each time they go out to sea to do oil mapping (i am not sure if thats what its called), they earn 45K per day they spend on water. Sometimes, they spend two months on water. Do you know how much that translate to I am sure what my friend earns in those two months (as bonus- not even his salary) is more than what some people earn in a whole year working their asses out.  Now, my friend is just an intern o. Not even a worker. Tell me, if he earns that much, how much more will the owner of the company earn every month?, We are talking millions of dollars here! Adenuga employs over 10,000 Nigerians, and i am sure it includes at least one person you know. That one person you know, do you know how many individuals depend on that one person, Adenuga built Glo Mobile. A consortium of Nigerian bank + foreign funded the acquisition of the licence and rolling out of its network. Poor people don't see it from that avenue. Poor people believe that when a rich man does big business, he finances it with his own money, That is not the case. That is why poor people will continue to whine and whine, and complain about the problem in the land.

Few days ago, IBB insulted our intelligence by saying youths are not capable of rulling us in Nigeria, i did not see you whine about that, Ibori is the biggest thief in Nigeria. He even tried causing a coup in Nigeria by trying to fund a military coup with 2 Billion Naira, none of you cried wolf about it. A man who has worked for his money (i do not care if he uses his influence to get a licence for glo or conoil or not - at least he did and he employs 10,000 people) plans a wedding with money he has and everyone is crying wolf,

vicade:

It is his money and he can do whatever he likes with it- Black man mentality. The Likes of Bill Gates, Carlos Slim and Even some Arabs who are Ten times richer than Adenuga will never spend over 300 Million Naira for such a spectacle.

But it is his money and he can spend it however he likes.

Wrong, people in such league spend money on what they want. Bill gates house is worth US$147.5 million. Tell me, is he going to sleep in gold? or diamonds? Does he have two heads that makes sleeping in one room of that house that expensive? Abeg, check the link someone in the previous post on this thread posted on weddings that are more expensive than bella's own, Think like the rich do, and you won't have problem with the way they spend!

@ssumpta, thank you. Its only In Nigeria that your neighbour envy you for the little success you have. Let me tell you a story. I had a distant cousin who hates my guts. Simply because he was a year older than i am, he wants me to respect him and call him "brother", and being the educated person i am, i just go about my things without even looking at whose ox is gored. On a particular day, i pulled up with a Nissan Maxima 2002 model in front of their house (i went to see his elder brother). Same day, this cousin of mine greeted me for the first time, asked me for my number which i gave him. Two days after, he asked me to give him 20K, i simply told him i dont have, guess what he did, He went back to hating me the more, and i went back to laughing my head out, lol coz i foresee that before it even happened. And you know whats funny, the car is not even mine. I was travelling a long distance and asked my friend to borrow me his car, !!! Its the same hating attitude that some poeple are exhibiting on this thread!

gabng:

@gbengaijot
Cant help but commend your words. You took them right of my mouth. Most of those who hate this mean for what he wants to do for his daughter have made evidence of the fact that there are ignorant fools.

@ all
This same man as far back as the early 1990s when he strted making his first millions in dollars refused bella and her siblings a request to change thier school bags (just after a year of being bought) because to him as far as the bags were still presentable. As at that point in time, it was the norm to have your school bag changed every start of a new school year. Does who went to primary school with them around 1994/5/6 at Corona Schools Ikoyi will tell you more about how this man gave his kids what was neccessary but never spoilt them.

Spending $2M on an artist for his daughters wedding is his RIGHT.

Instead of all thi hate go and ask your father were his was when M.A was making his Billions.

@gabng, thanks to you too. I just wish the complainants on this thread will start thinking like rich people. Donald trump is one of America's billionaire. He spent a fortune on his wedding, even more than what Adenuga is spending. Bill gates live in one of the most expensive houses in America. SOme people don't just see the big picture. If i have 10 million in my account and my daughter is getting married. I do not have a problem spending 2 million on her wedding (my extended family who lives in the village will think i am crazy and tell me that i spend recklessly, so also will my friend who earns a salary of N50,000 a month, and others who could not afford 3 square meals a day).

Afterall, she is my daughter. Most people whining here are just haters!!!!!!!!!!, They are unhappy that they are not Bella, neither "paddy". some of us here have parents who are poor! Poor even as a church rat. if you are uncomfortable with the way things are with you or your family, then get off ur butts and change it. Mike sold loads of stuffs before he arrived where he was. Many people just want everyone to be like them, to be in their league. THis is not possible. Bella has more intelligence than half the individuals who are whining here, Trust me, i know so many individuals that if given the opportunity to be Mike Adenuga's son/daughter that will misuse the opportunity and prefer to wait for their fathers will, or even kill him before his time, lol.

info henry:

Brother you got it wrong that someone is contesting election does not mean he is not a politician, Adenuga is a campaign financier and he make his money from government or do you think is easy to get oil bloc and telecom license if your not politiian. The guy use his money as je like to but both him and his like should remenber that Bill Gate foundation donated 50mill dolars to fight polio in north nigeria where our billinaire Dangote came from.
That is why you make money not to waste it on weddings  and parties. One word for Adenuga you are not rich until you leave a legac that will outlive you, he should learn from Abiola where is companies and wealth today.

Agreed, he is a politician and funds parties. The last time i checked, Femi Otedola gave PDP 2 Billion Naira to build their Abuja secretariat. I saw it live on AIT whne it happened few years ago. Dangote as well is a PDP financier. So also does bill gates, Amita Steel, Donald Trump, Oprah Winfrey (ask if she did not donate to Obama) etc.

If he makes his money to waste it, its his own wahala. If he wants to leave a legacy, he has a responsibility to leave it to his family and not some random people who are whining. I am still wating for individuals whining here to tell me what "they've ever sold" in their lives. If you have, and made money, please give it all to charity and not buy food for yourself or even enjoy yourself.

I am simply saying that, start thinking the way a rich man thinks and you won't have a problem with them spending that much.

and for the person posting pictures of slums and people suffering, it happens everywhere in the world. It will continue to happen and it will not stop. There are slums even in Australia, canada, Saudi Arabia, America, Mexico and everywhere you thought are paradise. its the responsibility of the people & government to create a better place for themselves, not the responsibility of just one person who got rich by working hard.

comechop:

O man, I wasnt gonna comment here, but why not.

It is true - it is his money, so he can spend it however the hell he wants to. No one is doubting that.

But even then, it is normal HUMAN NATURE to bicker about the nature of his spending - since it was such a high prolific expenditure.

Personally, I think it was a useless expenditure. There is sooo much more that he, or I mean I would have done with $2 million for a wedding - so so much more. But then, he prob did it for the discussion that we are having now, or to make a name for himself, or daddy lil daughter asked for it, or, the list could go on. Thats his own palaver.

But PERSONALLY, I think it was a complete waste. When will nigerians stop wasting our, i mean their money on useless activities, and INVEST it in naija? I taya sha.

@comechop, if you have a daughter who ask u for candy, and you can afford it, won't you buy it, DO you know that your washman's son or cook's daughter will hate your daughter for having candy?, because all he's (ur cooks son) ever had was "pongila" (done with melted sugar + broom from toilet) which is like the poor mans version of candy.

If Adenuga worked hard for his money and have 350 Million sitting in his account, why should he have a problem spending 2 million on bringing beyonce to a daughters wedding.

@ comechop, if you have 1 million naira in your account, would you have problem spending 100K on yourself?? its called relativity,

wealth123:

MANY OF THE POSTS HERE SHOWS THAT MANY NIGERIAN YOUTHS DO NOT EVEN KNOW THE IDENTITY OF TREASURY LOOTERS AND THEIR CRONIES.
PLEASE NAIRALANDERS ANSWER THIS QUESTIONS: WHAT IS THE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION OF MIKE ADENUGA? WHICH UNIVERSITY DID HE ATTEND? WHERE ARE HIS CLASSMATES? DID HE MAKE A FIRST CLASS? WHERE DID HE WORK AFTER GRADUATION (HIS FATHER'S SAWMILL IN IJEBU?), HOW MANY OF HIS CLASSMATES OWN A BANK, OIL DRILLING COMPANY, OIL MARKETING COMPANY, AND GSM COMPANY, ETC. HE BOUGHT CON OIL FOR A WOOPING N76BILLION OR MORE. THE ASSETS OF DEVCOM AND EQUITORIAL TRUST BANKS RUN INTO EVERAL BILLIONS. ALL BELONG TO ONE MAN - NIGERIANS THINK AND STOP PRAISING WICKED ROBBERS.

GOD IS WATCHING ALL THIS. RIBADU TRIED HIS BEST BUT ALL OF YOU CANNOT READ INBETWEEN THE LINES.

JUDGEMENT DAY IS COMING SOON NO SINNER WILL GO UNPUNISHED BEYONCE OR NO BEYONCE.

another show of shame.  Rich people don't buy companies with their money. They buy it with loans from the bank. You see, only poor people think the way you do. If Adenuga wanted to start Glo, he wouldnt have been able to bankroll it with his money. He does not have that much. He uses the N2,000, N5,000, N30,000 of all the poor people in the bank to finance it and turn it into a cash cow. Go and do a google search on Mike Adenuga, and you'll discover that he also schooled abroad. His first business venture was selling "car radios". i am sure many individuals ranting on this forum have not even sold anything in their lives, except work their ass off at a Job because that is what we were brought up to believe.

What has spending got to do with "judgement day"? Don't even bring christianity into this, Is it not the same "religious attitude" that makes us believe that it is "spiritual" to be poor? is it not the same Religious stupiditity that made us believe that if you are rich, you'll go to hell,

If God punishes someone for being rich, then he is a wicked God, And no i am not atheist, I am a christian by birth!

lawless country. the sharia king yerima went to egypt to mary a 13 yr old girl they refused . he came to nigeria and did the wedding now adenuga ? Glo never gives free call or anything .they rip naija guys up to make money and to give to the rich .who is beyounce ? when we have sasha, bukky, p square, tymaya, wande coal, don jazzy, koko man etc. shame on adenuga he and glo should go to hell.

@ kamby, i can see you have so much disdain for Adenuga. No worries, every rich man has enemies. poor people do too, but because they are poor, their enemies are not evident. I mean, why will someone hate a poor man? There is nothing to hate him for, nothing to covet from a poor man.

The last time i checked, Adenuga's Glo has one of the lowest tarrif in Nigeria (yes, i know visafone & etisalat have low fees too, but show me 10 million individuals who have visafone lines or etisalat lines too). Glo to glo call is N18, if you are on the right plan. Go and ask brother MTN and lets see if they are not the ones ripping people up. Oh, just maybe you think their "who wants to be a millionaire" show is actually helping Nigerians, NO! it is not, its just a means to make everyone more poorer.

Don't be surprised, its not only beyonce coming, i am sure dbanj and other Nigerian artiste will perform. If you go to the wedding, you'll be bounced, so, you are doing great by hating on nairaland,

I am not supporting Adenuga, I don't use Glo, i don't even have shares in his coy. My point is simply that, if anyone thinks Adenuga is wicked or financially reckless, then they should get off their butts and create their own glo or conoil, instead of complaining! When you've made ur own money, share it with all of us in Nigeria, at least, we would call u baba alaye for being an "apa" and "Daroosa".

typical Nigerian poor man mentality/comments. why do you think he has been amassing so much wealth. is it to save up and give it all to you? much as i do not like the frivolous use of wealth, it is his to use as he sees fit. The only gripe from me would have been if he had stolen the funds in the first place, like so many of our politicians do, and spend it the way he did. Come to think of it, all of you complaining would do worse if given the opportunity. Na because una never get access na im make una de talk. A beg leave am joo. Na im way.

@ Bidemi12. thank you for your post. I normally don't post on Nairaland due to the abusive nature of some individuals, but i have decied to comment on this.

For some reason, this thread displays how the rich and the poor thinks. When an individual spends 1 million dollars on something, an average poor man whose total asset is only worth 1 Million naira will think he is wicked.

Have you guys thought about how your tailor marvel at your small car? How your shoe maker think you are wicked for spending money on fast food restaurants? How your house cook thinks you are wasteful for spending loads of cash on uncessary cuisines? How your staff at work/surbodinates  consider you to be financially reckless for changing your car every year. It might seem like a "no big deal" to you, its same way you see your small financial success as a no big deal is the same way that Adenuga sees spending 2 million dollars for music on his daughters wedding as a no big deal.

Does anybody know the calibre of individuals attending the wedding, lol. Its not the common man on the street. Its the high and mighty of Nigeria and abroad. Most people don't think the way rich people think, thats why they are poor. The $2m is an investment. Lets think about it, if Mr A of James Investment is attending, and sees beyonce perform at Mike Adenuga's wedding, and the few months after, Adenuga's proposal for a business deal lands on Mr A's desk, do you think he'll not award the contract to Mr Mike, he will. The Beyonce connection would have warmed his heart. I know you might see this as a crude understanding of the financial gains, but its true. Does anybody wonder why most rich men join clubs?, has anyone asked, what do they do at clubs??, its the way rich people think. Poor people don't think that way, that's why they are poor.

<sarcasm>You all don't expect him to invite "gbogbo elere" to his party do you? Neither do you guys expect him to invite a one man band who sequences beat using a casio keyboard, </sarcasm>

How many of you, will have a daughter who wants to get married, and you'll not spend as much as you can to make it eventful, i know so many individuals who will spend 3-5 million naira on their daughters wedding ranting on this forum, wont the common man on the street who does not have access to 3 square meals a day think you are financially reckless for spending that much?, Wont you think its better for you to spend that 3-5 Million naira by donating it to the poor as well?, Do you seee the relativity?

I am not defending Adenuga, Not in anyway, however, think of it, apart from Dangote, he is another single largest employer of Labour in this country. I am sure eveyrone here has a family or friend or extended friend working at Glo. This same Adenuga broke the monopoly of MTN and EConet on call Tarrifs in Nigeria.

For those of you ranting that the UK has a better tarrif plan than Nigeria, does anyone realise that Glo and other network spends 40% of their overall cost on fueling generators, so also does every other business in Nigeria. If you want tarrif to go down, don't be jealous of Adenuga, protest against Nigeria's yey government to deliver on power, and see if the price of calls and other power related products will not go down.

Lastly, i think those ranting here are simply jealous. If you want to build your wealth to give to distribute to the poor, then work hard and smart, to get there. Stop complaining about a man who worked hard to be where he wants to be. Even if he did by greasing the palms of some people, at least he stood up to do something. Stop complaining, and go and do yours,

WHen you now work hard to earn 300 million dollars, then divide it by 150 Million and start distributing it to every Nigerians, wish you best of luck!

I know some people will still rant after my post. Do not abuse, put up constructive critiscm, thank you

Funny thing was that, i confronted him physically in his office and he still refuses to apologise. I believe his elderly ego was in play in that situation.

I know a lot of individuals will support Sunny Obazu, but he deserves to be sued to court. A publisher should know that when you write incorrect stories about individuals, you are meant to correct such stories in subsequent edition!!!
Sports / Yobo Sues Complete Sports Paper; Asks For N500m Damages by gbengaijot(m): 10:11pm On Oct 19, 2009
In a bid to redeem his image allegedly battered by a libelous publication, the vice-captain of the Nigerian national team, Mr. Joseph Yobo, who plies his football trade with Everton Football Club of England, has slammed a N500 million suit on the publisher of Complete Sports, Dr. Sunny Obazu Ojeagbase and his communication outfit.

According to a statement of claim supported by a statement on oath by one of the fans of the claimant, Mr. Olatokunbo Adedotun and filed before a Lagos High Court by a Lagos lawyer, Barrister Abiodun Onidare, the international footballer alleged that the defendant through their publication, have greatly injured his reputation as a prominent and distinguished sportsman, thereby bringing his name to shame, odium, ridicule, scorn and contempt.

The claimant alleged further that on 6 September 2009, he participated in 2010 FIFA Word Cup qualifying football match between Nigeria and Tunisia, played at the National Stadium, Abuja, the matched ended in a 2-2 draw.

That on the front page of Complete Sports of Friday 11 September, 2009, in an article headlined: “Revealed! Revealed! Revealed! Revealed! Yobo Leads Tucano Celebration Shame”, that the Super Eagles Vice Captain, Joseph Yobo, was reportedly fingered as the player whose birthday celebration lured the Eagles to a shameless gig at a night they sent, via their sloppy, spineless display, a lot Nigerians into grief and teeth gnashing.

That this latest revelation made nonsense of earlier reports that the Everton of England star was not among the Super Eagles players who took part in an all night gig in Abuja, after Sunday’s 2-2 draw against Tunisia.

That it has emerged that the Everton of England defender reportedly organised the event to celebrate his birthday.

Yobo averred that these aforementioned published words and others published by the sport newspaper, were understood to mean among other things, that he is an irresponsible and insensitive person, who does not share the grief caused by the result of the football match between Nigeria and Tunisia.

The claimant was also alleged to have been portrayed as a selfish and unpatriotic individual who, despite the outcome of the match, went ahead to organise his birthday party.

However, Yobo contended that the said publication was false as he neither organised any party to celebrate his birthday on that day, nor attended any birthday party on the day in issue.

Consequently, he averred that the defendant’s wrong information has caused him untold hardship, psychological nightmares and has damaged his hard-earned reputation; that therefore, he would claim from the defendant, jointly and severally, as follows:

(1) An order of the court directing and compelling the defendants to publish a retraction and unqualified apology in several national daily newspapers in Nigeria.
(2) The sum of N500 million as general and special damages.
(3) An order of the court restraining the defendants from further publication of the alleged offensive words.
(4) The sum of N2 million as the cost of instituting and prosecuting this suit.

@naijacutie, lol, very funny. Reminds me of an individual who wanted me to do him a favour because he is a pastor. I simply told him i do not give preferential treatment to anyone irrespective of who they are.

@maclatunji, haba, 100k for blogging business?, Jeez, dt is not fair. Even a dummy should know that you do not require a dime to start a blog!!! save for internet hours + hard work. How do i know, coz i have been blogging for over 5 years,

@lakeside, this is my advice,

Do not invest into anything just because someone suggested it to you. Trust me, money is more than having cash in the bank, its about value. Ask yourself what you do at the moment, ask yourself what skills you have, leverage on that skills and turn it into money. That is the best,

If u commit 100k into internet business, i can guarantee you that you'll lose it. How do i know, coz i am an internet business consultant and know what it takes to do business online. Stop listening to individuals asking you to invest in forex, 100K in blogging etc,

Look inwards, ask yourself what you can do, do it, and then you'll be glad you take action based on your passion. need i say that you should not commit more than 10 percent of your cash at anytime into any business, i wish you goodluck!!!

The question should be "Do you enjoy programming?" If you do, then what you need is to improve on your programming skills. You can do this by downloading free programming books or attending tutorials etc
