First of all, after the case has beeen reported, they radio all officers within the vicinity to be on the look on,

check all speed cameras for where you went past, and if your car has a GPS, trace you via that, if not, they use cameras,

If they get your name, they run it on records database,

They can get all informationa bout you, inclusive of your mothers name, lol


Now tell me, do the Nigerian police force have a criminal and citizen database?,

Even the Immigration service does not know how many Nigerians hold its international passport not to talk of ordinary police force, lol

I personally think 30 percent of the force should be disarmed. Only special Units should be allowed to use firearms. The rest should make use of stun guns and bullet proofs should be made cumpulsory for every officer.

@kisson, if you want to learn programming, your best resource is the google seacrch. I think you need to know the type of contemporary programming languages. some of which are :Java, c++, ada, ruby, C, and other microsoft visual programming language(more easier to learn) are Visual basic, C#,j#, .net, e.t.c


You can also check the programming section of this forum. I'll stress that programming is not for the faint hearted. It takes a lot of practising and querying your brain. If you are not ready to go a step/mile ahead, then programming is not for you. You don't have to be a genius to learn programming. The desire, the ability to persever, the love of programming should be enough to get you goin.

Ok, lets assume i operate a joint account with my wife, and i tend to have another GF outside. if my GF ask me for 50K naira, and i remove it from the account, it means i will have to explain where the money goes to my wife. But lets assume i have a seperate account, then i could possibly have decided on having a second wife from that situation ( probably due to her getting pregrnant or something) before my Wife gets to know.
