naptu2: That reminds of what happened between the lady and the church in 2019. Although they didn't know exactly who she was, but they began praying against the person that was always reporting them to Lasepa. On the contrary, reporting a church or a mosque to LASEPA because you hate their gathering or their presence in your environment has consequences. The best way is to resolve issues amicably. I remember working in one club in V.I in those days and every night music is always playing but I don't work in the night and was told that the building was soundproof but one afternoon the deejay came to test the music sound and I was outside hearing the music blasting and was questioning the maintenance officer why the noise and, in the process, one of the neighbours came out and told me that his children hadly sleep because of noise. I was bittered because I know the amount the owner spent to do the soundproof thing but alas it one side, they soundproof leaving the other side and the owner is unaware. I told the owner, and he immediately did the needful |

how does the money being the donations of some people negate anything he said? Any monetary or material gift that Churches give is always meant for those who are not well to do people. It's like a relief. In most Nigeria Churches too, they give out to less privileged too. The always relief materials to prison, hospital, orphanages etc because they don't publicize it, you guys are quick to judge them. |

You want to keep believing it was gone ? Nigerian government always deceive themselves; the landing cost can be reduced drastically if the crude for local consumption and export are refined here and not imported. The crude price should not be a dollar rate or global price if the government really want the poor to breathe. |

The way Arsenal played gave Fulham the opportunity to counter them from time to time in the game, they are just too slow in their build up play. Arteta should device a means of playing these teams by playing occasionally long balls behind their defensive formation to confuse them at times and not want to break them at all cost which is giving them chance to counter |

What normally baffles me is that majority of you commenting here have not experienced marriage but are quickly to paint marriage as an unsuccessful venture based on few stories you read on the internet to justify marriage. Note one thing, as long as there in no perfect human being there never can be a perfect marriage, we all have weaknesses which as a couple we need to tolerate each other. To OP, I can tell you that your statistics is success to failure in marriage is subjective. IMO, successful is more than failed ones but the word divorce is popular because it represents failure and so people are looking for others to fall |

Christianity Etc › Re: Same-Sex Marriage: Catholic Teaching Doesn’t Change – Bishops by Gboom: 10:36pm On Dec 21, 2023 |
Emu4life: Was the the Words of Jesus or somebody else?? John 1 V 1 categorically stated that "There are Two Gods" Which is contrary to teachings of Jesus. This is where the problems of Christians started.
Whoever wrote the Book of John isn't closer to Jesus than Peter and has contracted itself so many times in the same book.
John 14:28, John 12:49, John 17:3, John 5:30-31, John 8:40,John 13:15. All these verses, Jesus kept repeating that he was only a messenger who has come to deliver a message.
In the book of Job 25:4-5, Jesus said he who is born of a woman can not be said to ne clean. God Almighty was never given birth to and he never gave birth to a Child. That's blasphemy of the highest order.
Anyone who believe Jesus is God should also believe other messengers of God to be God. I know you a musulumi try to quote the Bible with ignoramus interpretation. My advice for you is to forsake your ways and accept Jesus as Lord and saviour and stop all these unnecessary arguments that will add no value to your life. I hope Seun is seen this? A muslim can come to a Christian thread and equate it with homosexuality but a Christian cannot comment on muslim thread, please make amend for a level playing ground |

Emu4life: See this Mumu. Are you holier than the Pope?
Many people don't know why Christianity is Synonymous to Homosexuality.
Romans 1: 22-27
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools
23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God into that of a mortal human being (Jesus) and birds and animals and reptiles.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.
25 They changed the truth about God into a lie, and worshiped and served a creature (Jesus) rather than the Creator (God Almighty) —who is forever praised. Amen.
26 For this Curse, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones(Lesbianism).
27 In the same way, the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another (Gayism). Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
The above verses point clearly to why Christianity is synonymous to Homosexuality. Christian nations trying very hard to promote homosexuality, thier Pope (Highest Christian Personality) justifying homosexuality and blessing it. They want the whole world to be morally corrupted by their Curse as mentioned by the Bible.
The only solution to Homosexuality today is for Christians to stop worshipping a Mortal creature(Jesus) and worship the True Creator as this is what brought the curse of homosexuality in the first place.
Only a sick person thinks sexual relationship between (Same gender) women or Men is not a curse. If you know what will befall you because of this your show of ignorance in blaspheming the name of Jesus, you will quickly go down on your knees and plead for forgiveness. |
