The ball clearly touched cash hand first. VAR ignored that one and focused on Kai's own. Shocking
VAR is just a decoy, EPL is full of manipulation.
VAR that cleared a kick on Gabriel Jesus in the box. If it happened outside the box I'm sure he would have blown for a foul

Tell her not to go. It's that simple. Like someone said, expressing your concerns alone should make her not to attend that occasion. I don't live in the same country with my husband, he's not even Nigerian but if I want to go somewhere and he objects to it after much explaining, I don't go. Why will she even suggest to go with your brother? To prove what? What concerns her with the marriage of a younger sibling to an old school mate? Do they know her personally in the family? Where will she sleep and where will your brother sleep? Too many questions to ask lol.
You are one of the wise women here compared to those unmarried girls here who think they know what marriage without practical experience.

The man in this situation should be bold enough to tell his wife not to go

They won't talk about it, because:

1. It didn't happen in the south-east.

2. Tinubu's government is failing, so talking about it will expose his failure....
Most of you guys comment out of bitterness instead of stating your opinion on the subject matter.

We are talking about humans that were held in captive and the media are silent since

Every sane man married to a Nigerian girl should make it mandatory to conduct a DNA test on his first child.

A Nigerian girl with more than two body count is a red flag. If you did not meet your potential bride as a virgin, you have no moral justification to smile or dance on your wedding day.
Any time I read your comment about Nigerian girls it's always extreme bashing.

So impossible. Majority of southwestern youths are clowns 🤡 let me not even talk of the northern youths, those ones live and act under the detect of imams.

The only youths we have in this country are south east and south south youths, never forgetting my ever rugged and ruthless Edo youths, I love those guys.

Others claiming to be youths are all stooges programmed to defend undefendable actions, justify unjustifiable deeds of these old nonentities called leaders. Nigeria is a joke hence I can't be tired laughing at it

maami...concerning the issue of marriage, hope u re not too rigid to men(even the graduates) cus I believe graduates must have also applied to be ur companion
If you really have passion for trading as you said, your going to school would not have stopped it. I know few people while we were in school that have a lot of side hustles like barbing, hairdressing, tailoring, trading etc. to sustain themselves. I even know a guy that read statistics and he was operating a film editing studio. After few years of graduation that I was still struggling, he has already established himself.
However, if you still believe that it is what you want, it is not too late to start little. As per marital issue, deal with your mindset and packaged yourself very well
Politics › Re: Lagos Commissioner, Tokunbo Wahab Shares Photo Of Houses Blocking Canal by Gboom: 11:32pm On Nov 29, 2023
Without being sentimental, those Lagos state agencies have foot soldiers in abundance to stop the developers at the earlier stage before playing to the gallery now. The commissioner needs to look inward, there may be unscrupulous element among the agencies staffs that may have been giving these developers go ahead only to deny them now that the bubble has busted.
Based on experience the owners of these buildings would have paid certain fees to local government, state government agencies etc, failure to do so they would have stopped the work long time ago.

However, if those developers are guilty of building illegal structures, they should face the music if there is any in the law

Family › Re: Six Habits That Prove A Person Was Born In A Poor Family by Gboom: 9:49pm On Nov 23, 2023
Gajagojo:
1.:Anxiety about food is a complex psychological issue with little to do with poverty. It can be related to parental anxiety ,especially maternal,. A parenting style that offers a crying infant comfort predictably with the breast or bottle can end up creating problems in later life.
These issues can be transmitted from one generation to another in recognisable patterns.
Mothers end up giving children food or sweets instead of attention and that is why there is a lot of childhood obesity among rich folk and the Western world.
Anxiety in later years could manifest as anorexia nervosa.
2. Saving best for last? What does that mean?
3. Reluctance to splurge? No. Actually that is what poor people do. They always splurge on what they cannot afford or do not need.People raised in wealth who understandably do not need to buy the latest IPhone
4.Working hard for small earnings. This sounds quite difference umb. Who chooses that?
That is the reality of life no one will make that choice. It is like saying poor people are short

5! Valuing Possessions. You are contradicting yourself self. Who said rich people don't work hard? They work hard to get rich and work hard to stay rich. What does valuing possessions mean?
6.Yearning for miracles is down to illiteracy and superstition. The more educated the population the less of that you see.
Rich Nigerians yearn for miracles when they have challenges. That is down to a superstitious mindset fostered by Pentecostal churches and Islamic clerics
You are an experienced fellow.

The OP and her supporters are naive about the issues of life, as they grow, they will know and their mindset towards the poor will change
