You should be able to make some certain decisions at your age. If you think the job is something that interest you, let your parents know that you will be going for the interview. Make them realize you appreciate their care and how well they have raised you however, you also need to make some certain decisions as it affects your life. You don't need to plead, just be assertive in your statement regarding your going for the interview.

I would suggest you get a job or start up a business before deciding to move out. Moving out and depending on handouts from them for survival isn't the best.

A policy was implemented to support the real sector, the one who designed the policy closed his eyes when those concerned did not do what was expected, and he is turning around to make it sound like those involved destroyed the policy when he chose to turn a blind eye to events.

You tell me what the impact is? If you think bank opening branches and hiring is the great impact, then you do not understand the purpose of recapitalization. The success of a program is measured by the extent to which the objective of the program is achieved. That said, if the objective of the program is followed, the side benefits like increase in employment will still have happened.

If you are not in the banking sector around that time to know what was going on, I would say you should try to read up happenings in the industry that period. The objective of recapitalization never came to the fore thus, it could be called a jamboree.

It was the best reform in the Nigerian banking sector hoerver, Soludo's greed is one of the reasons the project failed. The banks did not support the real sector why he pushed for the recapitalization of banks and pursued margin facilities instead. He did nothing to stop it because they were able to buy him over.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed in my profile.

Try read up some past post of people who were denied and went within a few days and were approved. A good one I can remember is that of Imperioux in Part 3 around December of 2011.

I posted recently about my inability to secure a GA position and I was advised to defer my admission if I'm unable to get a sponsor.

I recently was able to secure a GA position that waives my tuition and they should send me an offer letter hopefully by Monday. Here's my question, my i20 request forms expires on Monday and I have not filled it yet as the GA position is one the major sources I'm depending on for my graduate school funding. What's the possibility of still meeting up most especially as regards securing an interview date? Georgia Tech resumes by August. Would you still advise I go on and try my luck?

Try to loop the international office into the current situation so they understand the delay is because of the change and you would want to know if there is any deficit before you fill up the form.

As for date, it isn't too late as you might be fortunate to get a date for interview or you could request and EA and hope you are approved.

Not advisable unless you have a very cogent reason why you came in on B2 and decided to switch to F1.
