Al'mustapha was sentenced to death-by-hanging by the High court of Lagos (state level). The Appeal court is a more powerful court (federal level) so it can nullify the ruling of the High court of Lagos. Right now the only court that can call him back/sentence him again is the Supreme court (Higest level/ highest authority).

But my wonder with this ur post is this; you are a girl (supposedly softer hearted) and you do not feel any mercy for a man that has lived in kirikiri prison for 14 years Have you ever visited a prison in Nigeria at all I guess you haven't but if you have and you still want him hung to death, ahhh!!!!!!...
