her momsi fine pass am!!! can i get a witness in d house |
@ d LostHope n his cronies. i can't comprehend ur f00lishness. if i were not a lagosian i won't be moved to comment. even blind men can see d good works of fashola. am not saying he's perfect but he's more than we lagosians could hope for in this jungle of irrational incapable cretins we call leaders. this man is a visionary. bold, courageous, smart and unsentimental. mind uu, i don't really like him cos of some of his harsh policies, but i respect him. and my conscience (yours has clearly been bought) won't allow me to say a word of criticism towards him. |
2nd to comment |
am new too |

Demdem: My friend Shut it. am just raising a concern which is legitimate. there is no pessimism in that post.hehe, i guess uu get some form of 53xual gratification from insulting anything and anyone. ur turning a new leaf would be a sign of d world coming to an end. ![]() |
Demdem: Nigeria has always had beautiful budgets. It didnt start today neither will it end today also. Implementation has always been our problem. even budget 2012 wasnt bad at all except the recurrent part IMO however what is our story today?seems like uu're stuck on pessimism. uu neva seem to have anything good to say about our country and our president. Just so uu know, ur criticism hasn't done much good either !!! ![]() |
afam4eva: Which one be "Alawi"?It is d compensation jonathan is giving nigerians for bad governance ![]() afam4eva: Which one be "Alawi"? |
they finally realized they need to boost their ratings, mokeme has been d best ever. |
violent: MI was kind enough to have dedicated "all of 10 seconds" of thought to it! He even wondered "briefly"!!!Sometimes I wonder if nairalanders did comprehension in primary and secondary school, uu read a part of a write-up, blow it up, and ignore the other, and other shallow ppl come and start liking, na wa oo, so it took him ten seconds to write that abi ?? go learn how to read !!! |
shymexx: These clowns stay writing 'pieces' when the country is in abyss...O.d.e, at least he's doing something, point to what Uu've done other than condemn, typical Nigerian. Never wanting to work or digest info, but ready to pounce. FYI, the write up is a call to action |
Orblonde: Nice one MI but can you and your fellow artists start doing political songs that identify with the suffering of the masses and also taget our civilian rulers who are corrupt to the point that it is now evil. They are the ones that keep the people in the mess. I think that will be a better sevice to society than those Indecency lyric that Nigerian artist like you are obsessed with. Just a thought. If uu don't av anything to say take ur opinion and shove it up ur ***, every Nigerian artiste has like one or more songs on d state of d country, with all d song wey fela sing, how Nigeria improve since then ![]() ![]() ![]() What mr abaga is sayin is dat we should move past d point of singing songs of hope, and start to take action !!! |
Foxybone: This post has been hidden... Na banning get ur small nyash ![]() |

Achieverbaba: sorry, who's susan petersshe's my house girl. |
Sometimes when I read the comments on nairaland, I realize how intellectually bankrupt and myopic-minded Nigerians can be. we never take time to analyse situations, but instead hurry to criticize, condemn, castigate and insult one another. why must everything become religious or tribalistic |
oh boy, if na woman nko? dem go lash am too won't be surprised, they won't want to lose the virgins that are meant to be waiting for them in heaven ![]() |
To Mr Ajiboye, my further maths teacher who said I was dull... I had C4 in further maths, and am an engineer now ![]() |
Brethren and Sistren, Please open your biblbes with me to the book of MATTHEW 12: 13 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, "It is written," he said to them, "'My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it a 'den of robbers.'" What we are witnessing today is that the house of God has graduated from being a house of prayers to becoming an avenue to defraud people. When they want to build these churches, they collect offerings from the congregation both rich & poor for many years and so it can be said that the they contributed to build that church.. Iya Ileke Idi that sells Pure Water at Obalende contributed to that school, Baba Bluetooth the fisherman at Makoko contributed to that school. And for them to see that school completed, and then watch the kids of only the Rich, Wealthy and well to do attend the schools their money built, I think is very very bad! Its sort of the same way that a Pastor would fly in a Gulfstream Jet with the monies he collect from his poor congregation who sometimes trek to church, give their offering and trek back home.. Anybody who dosent see this as wrong, all I can say is may you never be poor.. May you never be in the position to contribute to something and never be able to enjoy it.. Here is a price check of Private University tuitions.. (Church Unis); 1. BOWEN University owned and operated by a Baptist Convention, charges ₦650,000 as tuition fees per session. 2. COVENANT University established by Bishop Oyedepo of Winners Chapel ₦640,000 as tuition fees per session. 3. BENSON IDAHOSA University charges ₦500,000 as tuition fees per session. 4. BABCOCK University established by The Seventh Day Adventist, charges ₦450,000 as tuition fees per session. 5. REDEEMERS University owned by The Redeemed Christian Church of God , charges ₦450,000 as tuition fees per session. 6. AJAYI CROWTHER University established by The Supra diocesan board of the church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), charges ₦350,000per session. 7. MADONNA University a Catholic University charges ₦350,000 as tuition fees per session. I wonder how many civil servants can afford these fees?! In a country where minimum wage of 18,000 naira is still hard for the government to pay?! And the government is still the highest employerof labour in this same country. I wonder how many Farmers can afford these fees?! I wonder how many Artisans can afford these fees?! Go into our villages, even those where you need a canoe to access, you will see Redeemed church there, you will see Wunners Chapel and all these other churches, those villagers also contributed in their own small way to these schools and the sad part is that while they keep praying for God to better their lot so they can afford to send their kids to these schools which their monies have built, the pastor is enjoying the proceeds from their investments.. Now I understand that University education is expensive.. Infact, I am a stong proponent for Universities to be autonomous and allowed to charge as much as is necessary for them to run, however, I also believe in Merit scholarship, partial scholarships and stuffs like that.. The churches dont even offer any sort of scholarship scheme for the less privileged members.. And the amazing part is that the members themselves see nothing wrong in this o!! But the day the government increases a state university tuition fee from 50 thousand to 75 thousand, see them rioting and carrying placards.. P.S: The two cheapest private schools on that list are Anglican and Catholic universities..
That is a very big lie, there are scholarship schemes available to d less privileged, and also, a university for the poor is not possible, the money to run it won't fall from heaven, and for ur info the proceeds are used for evangelism, and also spent on thru poor. Uu don't expect a church to blow it's horn every time a donation is made to an orphanage. And for those who would scream about rich pastors, mind uu, they have their own businesses, and because uu serve God doesn't mean uu should be wretched. If I were hoping to be a billionaire I would go to a pastor who is one !!! |
shymexx: But why did they declare war against Muslims? This is silly, uu should ask yourself where we were before the ''centuries of indoctrination''. We're we any better, our backwardness is in our mentality not in our colonization. We see a river instead of building a bridge, we worship it. If not for them we'll be in the stone age. Wake Up !!! |
wen i was about to write common entrance, my mum used to lock me up in d study for 2 hours each day, she neva knew i hid my selected novel and game in the study each day prior to d reading time ![]() |
