Maxymilliano: You just showed that you've never ventured into business of any sort. The paltry sum giving to the beneficiaries is like a start-up incentives, you are the one that should be realistic here. If the participants could raised the requisite business capital on their own, most of em won't have bothered to enroll for the program in the first place. You my friend is the one who doesn't understand how a business works. You can call the 50k whatever you want. The least they will do with it is register a business name and deploy their skills into action. I've worked in several banks and have seen people start multimillion Naira businesses without committing a kobo of theirs. Every business starts with an idea and not capital. Seriously I don't engage in base arguments like these. And I've been running three successful businesses for over a decade now and the last thing I always think of is how much after so much consideration for how it will work and what impact will it have Is Mr. Bill Gates successful because he is rich or rich because he's successful? |
Seriously, each time I say the Yorubas lead, people scream that I am a tribal bigot but just let the scales if tribalism fall off your eyes and take an objective look at this. Seriously I just wished we were a separate country on our own |
Iolo: Seems the Lagos IPP project at CMS/Marina (close to TBS) is up and running. Can anyone confirm? Its been running for over two years now and it powers the State House, General Hospital and Island Maternity all in Marina as well as the street lights around Marina over a stretch of almost 10km in all |
Its more believable when Lagos says it than when the FG says it. Up next Ogun, Oyo and Osun power projects. The integration and industrialization of Yorubaland is unstoppable |
Was listening to 92.3FM this morning on my way to work around 8:20am and this lady from an NGO was speaking and I was shocked when she said that violence against women is more in the SE than any other region in Nigeria. I have tried checking some documents online and all seem to corroborate this. Could this be the reason why more Igbo girls are getting married to Yoruba men? |
Ekiti is slowly making that happen |
Yorubaland o Ni baje. We get sense no be small. Let haters keep hating Maxymilliano: Na beans? You want to take over the South West beef market with N50,000 investment capital? This is a tall dream and sorry to say that the beneficiaries are empowered to fail, they should rather concentrate on snail/fish or poultry farming which the paltry capital can barely sustained. It isn't a loan so they can get additional financing and besides if you can't manage 50k, you can never manage 500k. The government has given them what they need the most to succeed which is KNOWLEDGE and not the money |
Ramsey any day They aren't even close |
And they couldn't guarantee Lagos' loans which was clearly intended to complete projects that have been initiated and have not defaulted on repayments? So now who will guarantee the FG's loans if not Nigeria's sovereignty as well as the sweat, blood and tears of the country's unborn children. So now we are returning to where we were before we got debt relief? |
Chima_Adeoye: abeg don't mind the animals. The woman was just smarter. The Biafran dog obviously had the hots for her and he was going to forcefully have his way but she calmed him down using a condom as a decoy. The prime motive for rape was sex_ual gratification but she promised him that and he fell for it being the brainless goat that he is |
Well I'm neither here or there on this Dele Momodu contributed to the failing values of the Nigerian society by celebrating known criminals and corrupt politicians in his Ovation magazine And he wrote in his article that if the president gave him the N2.2bn it wants to spend on the new banquet hall in Aso Rock (which I consider a painful waste), he will produce 2,200 millionaires through agriculture. Today I believe he is worth over N300m but why can't he use 10% of his wealth (N30m) to create 30 millionaires and begin a cycle of change. If you can't change the lives of a few people in your circle of influence, then you shouldn't ask to change the fortunes of 150 million people. And this goes for all politicians aspiring for positions in this country |
How many low cost flats will N9bn build? At N3m per flat, that's 3,000 famlilies. Where does the Nigerian VP live at the moment? The American VP's residence is at the United States Naval Observatory and its been there for ages. What on earth is wrong with us? |
What's exactly is the OP's grouse? The fact that Alpha Beta makes so much in Lagos or the fact that there's nothing to be made in form of taxes in the SE even if you taxed 60% of companies' income in that part of the country? |
Driving a cab is more noble than kidnapping, armed robbery, drug trafficking and ritual killing which some people in a part of Nigeria are known for and little do you know that some of those cab drivers can buy up the whole of Biafra and feed all its inhabitants if they choose to |
You can call it 24hrs of sheathing my sword of resentment for some people that disgust me on this forum but for the next 24hrs, I won't say anything terrible about any Biafran even if I'm pushed and feel the urge to. It's simply because today is a Biafran friend's birthday but nothing will stop me from eulogizing the Yorubas. |
Paul John: Other states plus FG should Learn from Ogun and LagosOyo, Osun and Ekiti will soon join that league. Hopefully Ondo will as well |
Eyaa |
Lets go there! |
PROUD-IGBO:Funny enough my best friend is Igbo and we argue a lot but this Biafran's original intent was rape* |
Eko Atlantic#:Sharp Yoruba sister. I can imagine the Biafran stripped nude gently stroking his stiff JT and expecting a free p*ssy to show up and then three cops swoop on him . |
Dear Freeglobe, Cc: afam4eva, One_Naira, PROUDLY IGBO, BiafraMailingList For every plan in the SE, two projects are commissioned in the SW. Regards Geez |

A 40-year-old man, Uche Ndokwe, has been arraigned at the Oshodi Magistrate’s Court for attempting to rape Mrs. Odunayo Adenuga. According to the 34-year-old businesswoman, she had once been accused of seducing and snatching Ndokwe by his wife, Akudo. “She embarrassed and harassed me in the public that I am a husband snatcher; she even stripped me naked and this prevented me from going out to buy things. Since then, I have not been greeting or talking to them,” she explained. Adenuga stated that when she later began to respond to their greetings, Ndokwe started making advances at her. She cited an incidence of Nov. 26, 2012, at about 2:30 pm, noting that after taking her bath and was entering her room on that day, Ndokwe grabbed her tightly from the back. “When I entered and bolted the door, I removed my towel to rub cream on my body, I noticed Ndokwe was holding me tight from the back and was romancing me; he tried to push me onto the bed but I played smart and told him to be patient that he should use condom. “He told me he did not have a condom and gave me N200 to get one. When I got outside, I locked him inside and took a motorcycle to Shogunle Police Station to report him and two policemen followed me back to arrest him,” she said. Ndokwe claimed that all the allegations levelled against him were not true. Although he admitted that he was found in her room, he claimed that she was the one who told him to wait for her there. “I saw her that afternoon and told her I wanted to have sex with her, she told me to wait for her in her room while she took her bath. When we wanted to start, she said I must use a condom so, I gave her N200 to buy it,” he explained. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was consequently granted bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties. The case was adjourned till Dec. 13, 2012. http://www.punchng.com/feature/court-vibes/man-arraigned-for-attempted-rape/ |
Great plan! Always planning |
Why always these Biafran crimes and criminals in Yorubaland? How come the female suspect |
@OP, does she turn you on? This should be in the Romance section. You can hold up and picture and do a hand job. |

; if you had read the article dispassionately -without diving in blindly to abuse Igbos- you would have noticed that the whole story doesn't add up- doesn't it strike you as odd that a rap.ist/molester would allow his 'victim' to leave the room and go for a condom?; also, given the past altercation between the woman and the mans wife, don't you think the man would have been more wary of the woman and not been so 'bold' with his advances.....unless of course she gave him reason to believe all was well, and their usual hanky-panky could continue apace (ie- entrapment); also, the fact that she came back with the police to show them a fully clothed man she had locked in her room means absolutely nothing.....if anything, the man can sue her for kidnap and emotional distress!
