Subsaharan:Well I don't blame them anymore. Check all over YouTube and Twitter, you'll see it's Nigerians who debase themselves the most. You'll see a YouTube channel where a foreigner is so interested in visiting Nigeria, and a Nigerian goes on the comment section to say: Don't go to Nigeria, bla bla bla bla. |
Subsaharan:For them it seems to be 90% Nairobi. Meanwhile, Nigeria's first smart Airport coming soon, where?? Not Lagos, Abuja, PortHarcourt, or even Kaduna and Kano, but rather Uyo. |
Gombe, Jigawa, Crossrivers, Uyo, and Bauchi in that order. |
Odidigboigbo:In terms of politics or winning votes you may have a point, but in terms of Competence, Jonathan is not competent, he is actually clueless and we all saw that. Please don't make the mistake of thinking Jonathan is better. All of them are clueless. Let's narrow the debate down to a few people such as: Osibanjo, Amaechi. |
Hmm |
Odidigboigbo:Nah he is not. |
But why does it seem like people are clamouring for Jonathan? Why should Jonathan even be considered in the first place?? |
mostob:Surprising, because until 2016 final against Cameroon in African football for as far as I can remember, we were mainly a possession team. Under these foreign coaches, our tactics have been so different. |
Just40:When religon is involved, it is more dangerous because of the belief in the supposed course of a supreme being and a after life, so the gain to the perpetrators always seems greater. |
Just40:Yeah you have a point. That Libyan crises of 2011 is a major cause of most of the problems faced by the region. The good thing is that the likes of Togo, Benin, and Ivorycoast do not have so many religous extremists who would have also taken advantage of the situation. |
Men, the kind of weapons Bokoharam possessed in Sambisa forest is shocking. Many are now being discovered by the Nigerian military as the terrorists are neutralised. The question now is no West or Central African country possess some of these weapons yet, not even Chad. So how did Bokoharam and ISWAP get hold of them?? A big question begging for answers. |
Just40:Beautiful. |
I never knew a place like this existed in the Gambia. This is really beautiful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1bPb4B8CxM |
Deltamani:Is there a group of death? At a glance one could argue Group B is the group of death while group A looks too easy for the host. |
pappilo:Berlin, Zurich, Oslo, etc. Even Munich is full of old architectural buildings, not modern skyscrapers. The major city full of skyscrapers in Europe (perhaps comparable to Newyork and Dubai) is Frankfurt. |
Saddamochieng00:So if you know the country, do you know our defence budget is second in Africa only to Algeria? |
Saddamochieng00:He is speaking half truth and I have no time to delve into all of that. Still, our budget for defence is the second highest in Africa behind just Algeria. You have a lot happening in Kenya right now, we can play this game as well. I see a lot of things on the Kenya timelines too. Your debt burdens, corruption, and all sorts of issues from Kenyans themselves. There might be even more, only that some don't speak English. |
Saddamochieng00:You are right on the democracy/politics aspect though. That's why I detest it. They go into office and do nothing, lose power and start complaining. This present Government did thesame, they criticised much as well in those days. |
Saddamochieng00:He is not even making sense. |
[quote author=Saddamochieng00 post=112336722]You guys just keep on embarrassing yourselves every other day. Just look at this clip and tell me where else in Africa you'd hear such nonsense. You've no shame at all. political opposition news. I can also go searching for the views of opposition parties in Kenya and trust me, they would not be pretty. Many of the points he raised can be debunked, and mind you these politicians do not come up with these views when they are in Government, only when they lose their job same applies to the current ruling party. |
Ofolete:Well at least present something to counter the question. Is there another private investment in Africa bigger than that of Dangote? |
FaruqMadridCr7:If you are graphic designer, start with front end development, you would most likely love it because many frontend developers wish they knew some design as well especially U.I design. |
TheManOfTheYear:I see it like Chess, you don't need maths to be good at chess but you need logic, just that the math and sciences are built on logic more than other fields. However, every logical/analytical person can do well in software development. |

Deltamani:I thought it was South Africa that was seeded earlier. |
obaaderemi:Both have their strengths and serious weaknesses but would be better than most of the other names flying around. Obi is a great technocrat no doubt and would know how an economy should grow, but I am not impressed by his performance in Anambra state in terms of Infrastructure. For me, infrastructure is key. Also I think Obi is not tough enough to lead a country like Nigeria. Nigeria needs someone with both the toughness of Abacha and the compassion/gentlemanliness of Osinbanjo/Obi etc. As for Osibanjo I have no problem with him because he has same APC ideology of infrastructure first( which is also my ideology) and this is mainly why I detest the PDP. However, the APC has too many faults as well and one wonders if Osinbanjo is capable enough seeing that he is already vice president and yet can't do as much as we would have liked. Also, Osinbanjo like Obi doesn't look tough enough for a country like Nigeria. Amaechi in this sense would have been a great option but I trust Osinbanjo's compassion and non corrupt nature more, not because he is a so called pastor but merely from my observation. However,Amaechi (like Osinbajo) would also be a man of new ideas when it comes to the infrastructure of Nigeria as a whole going forward and that is a big plus in my books. I believe in Tinubu's abilities but I don't like the fact that he is a Godfather and seem to be definitely corrupt. He (much more like Amaechi) is your typical politician and not to be easily trusted. Also, we are not sure about his health yet and his going to London for check ups ( medical tourism) makes me doubtful. We don't want another president who prefers London Hospitals for reasons known to him or one who would easily go on medical tourism. My list would go in this order: 1) Amaechi or Osinbanjo (a tie) 2) Kingsley Moghalu 3) Peter Obi 4) Tinubu |
POKUASI2:Yeah I have suspected that too. Especially when you consider their use of English. They both don't speak well, both are uneducated in their view of issues, and also obsessed with the whole nonsense Nigeria-Ghana thing. |
Energy Park completed in Edo state. This Energy park consists of 10,000 bpd Modular refinery, 60 million sf gas processing plant, 30,000 MT refined product terminal and a 20MW embedded power plant. It would be commissioned by Buhari soon.
|
obaaderemi:So his problem is that Jonathan lost election?? |
obaaderemi:Who?? Obi or Osinbanjo?? |
qtguru:Exactly bro, I heard from someone that there are a few tech guys in some places in Abuja and Lagos already taking advantage of this. They just work from home in Naija. But it depends on the individual, for some people they would prefer to just leave Nigeria and change their environment and of course there's nothing wrong with that as well. |
