Oyakhilome repeats giving this wrong information and teaches again, on Rhapsody Of Realities in 2016 and also in a sermon titled "Who is a HUSBAND and what is His Role?" in same 2016, that husband does not mean the male partner in a marriage, but husband means master.
This is teaching gone totally and terribly bad because, husband, in the Bible, doesnt mean and never means master. The original Hebrew word that we get the English translation, husband from, is "ish". "Ish" means, man, as in, the woman, in the truest sense of the word, literally has herself a man. It doesnt as Oyakhilome erroneously puts it, means master. The equivalent Greek word "aner" that we get the English translation, husband from, also too, means, man

What's easier for most people is to just buy land.
My mother bought some land in the outskirts of Ilorin a few years ago and sold at a significant profit last year. Land always appreciates. It might be slow or it might be fast, but rental property is a no-go for me.
And I totally agree with @ahiboilandgas re what he said about sticking to land with C of O. It's not a hard and fast rule if one is capable of doing the registry search as well as other investigations, but it's a good rule for most "casual" investors to stick to.

At this juncture, I discontinued all projects and building and concentrated on TBills. Will only go back when TBills drop to 8%. Have said it here before Thayne regret building the house am living in, hoping to sell when I see a buyer but for 2 years now, no buyer. Never jump into any business because someone made millions. Take out time and study it, read at least 10 different books on the subject matter before dropping a penny.
Instead of sweating to build houses that will take years and stress to recoup the money why not just buy land. Lots of land in good areas .

When I was a kid, it was hard to hear a Nigerian committed suicide. Even as an adult, I have never heard a Nigerian committed suicide for more than 5 times in my entire life.
But since 2016, I have heard of Nigerians committing suicide more than 50 times. "What is wrong?" I asked myself and the answer was frustration and depression caused my individuals who put their hopes on school, government, relationship, and job.
When these people don't meet up on all these things they've put their hopes on and they're getting older day by day, they become frustrated and some end their lives. It's as if everyone is healthy and succeeding except them. They forgot great days are ahead.
Back then, Nigerians hated dying because they had hopes that one day things will be great. Sadly, the government said, "No, lazy youths, we are going to frustrate you until you die. If you refuse to die, we'll ignore you and take care of cows. If you complain, we'll slaughter you like goats."
Today, cows are more important than Nigerians. Tomorrow, grass will be more important than Nigerians.
So, have no choice than to smile because I decided not to put my hopes in all those things I mentioned above. I can't cúm and kee myself.
Anyway, I wrote a book called The Frustrated Graduate (not available to the public yet) as a way so reveal to Nigerian youths how to be independent, make loads of money even from the comfort of their homes, and smile to the bank every week or months. This way, they'll avoid disappointment, frustration, or worse suicide.
