This is a very stupid statement . Garri is processed cassava and several variations are being used in several West African countries. It can be eaten as a snack with cold water/milk/Milo/groundnut like any cereal as well. Insulting it because it is dried in the sun is as stupid as insulting roasted food because they are simply put under the fire when raw

It's actually healthier to use just water to clean that part, soap can alter the pH levels and increase vulnerability to infections. Washing undies is quite different
