Virtually impossible in the Nigerian judiciary system.Our custom is against such....so it ends up being in favour of the man.But its not totally impossible....the woman must have substantial evidence and a reputable doctor as a witness.Hw does the woman get to prove she didn't give her consent?Does she have vag*inal bruises or visible wounds? Its difficult but not impossible.She must speak to a human rights lawyer for better advice 1 Like |
