I have stayed and served in some cities including Lagos but I can tell you that of all the cities, Lagos is the only one in which transport fares is being fixed by agberos.. I like paying by fares whenever I am in lagos although uniform men don't pay transportation fares in lagos. I remember paying #700 from CMS to ajah on the day chief shonekan was buried, I asked driver reasons and he said it was what the agberos said they should collect ... One of the leagcies of Tinubu I guess.

Did you know that Queen Elizabeth II would never have become a queen if her uncle who was the former king Edward VIII had not abdicated and resigned in 1936, thus paving the way for her father George VI to become king?

Why did the king resigned?

Well, King Edward VIII loved a woman, Wallis Simpson. It turned out that the woman had divorced two times and she was someone with easy virtues. The marriage of a king to a former hook-up artist was considered scandalous and unacceptable by the British people.

The prime ministers of the United Kingdom and the Dominions opposed the marriage, arguing a divorced woman with two living ex-husbands was politically and socially unacceptable as a prospective queen consort. Additionally, such a marriage would have conflicted with Edward's status as titular head of the Church of England, which, at the time, disapproved of remarriage after divorce if a former spouse was still alive

By DORC, I believe you mean Dangote oil refining company. 210000 looks too small for a professional pipe fitter in the oil and gas sector, But since it's filled with indians and Chinese coys, I won't be surprised.

I know that basic knowledge of mathematics/trigonometry is needed as a pipe fitter for calculating the rolling angle when it's not shown in the drawing, calculating elbow take off, cutting of RPads for branch connections, etc..
