For the past few days, I've sat back and watched y'all talk about our system, laca as a false 9 and all the ish.
Someone even said laca has been Simi productive(only assist) in his last 10 matches despite playing about 20 matches, hmm. Was laca our main striker in the season beginning or auba?, When did laca stood out as our main striker and when did arteta changed our playing style?. Matter of fact arsenal ain't playing like mancity but more like Liverpool, firmino links up play and barely scores but everyone knows his important as a player(striker)in that team. 2018 world cup which striker could bench giroud even tho he wasn't scoring?. Yes strikers should score goals but but the overall good team play and result should be priority and arteta, kloop and pep understands this.

arsenal going for joao felix, if only we can get him. i started trusting arteta and edu recruitment system after the signing of tomiyasu. they know who they want, who they think fits into their plan and system and wouldnt settle for anyone else. i dont know and cant speak for others but i'm 100% behind and trusting this process(progress). it's better to see arteta and his young squid fail, learn and grow together than seeing someone else kill off the remaining energy in us.
PS:we're qualifying for ucl at the end of the season, this i am sure of

TO better understand how the business mind of stan works take a long look at the history and records of LA RAMS since he took over. the rams had a strong history before they went down and lost their glory, the kroenkes took over and over the course of more than 7years the team is back to where it belongs. he first started with building them a stadium, making sure they are back to LA before the team started shiping out some deadwoods, signing a young coach, the youngest in the league(just like arteta), building a team for the future(just like current arsenal), then the brough in some names, restructured the team and now they are back to the super brawl like they used to. they fact that the money is there doesnt mean it should or would be wasted on liabilities. and those shouting kroenke out!, are they the ones signing players for us, is their job not to give out money when the staffs have identified and tabled a player to them(and i dont recall them not willing to give out this january).
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by germaphobe(m): 11:14pm On Jan 28, 2022
in as much as i cant stand seeing my team flop but i also try to reason somethings out and not use emotions.
auba if i remember clearly had issues with dortmund before he left them for us, during that time i was scared he might disintegrate the club, i guess all it took was time for my fears to manifest.
arteta this, arteta that, yes he has a say in transfer matters, but is he the one that handles the transfer process?, there are people in the club whos work is to secure players, discuss wages and all those stuffs, thats not artetas work, yes i really wanna blame him for allowing some certain players to leave but what would you have done if you have been promised some replacement knowing that the replacements will be better than the deadwoods.
saying stan kroenke doesnt give a Bleep about arsenal some times make me laugh, yes he might not be spending like ibra of chelsea or arabs of mancity but i know that man really wants the best for his investments, he is just taking things slowly and steady.

One thing I hope many of us stop doing is making conclusions about respective positions of people who hold strong positions about certain issues. Just because I don’t like Arteta shouldn’t render any argument about him irrelevant. To me, it is an easy out for people who think differently about him when they engage me. I personally read the opinions of whomever I engage irrespective of their positions and try to see the substance that may not be related to their original position about the coach or a player.

You don’t necessarily have to defend Arteta even when he is obviously wrong. Also you don’t have to conclude my position about Partey playing the game is because I don’t like Arteta. I would hold the same position if it was Wenger that did that mistake. The truth is, Partey had no business playing that game and the result (red card) was a fair consequence of that irrational decision.
you're right about partey, i'm 100% with you on this.

tonight is one of those nights you feel fly even tho you didnt meet the target. big S/O to the players. but concerning spurs game on sunday, we only have one active midfield in sambi lokonga unless we sign and register a player before then.

since klopp took over, i've noticed that he doesn't take league cup seriously. even if his whole players are fit he would still field mostly 2nd eleven, now imagine when he has less of them. but i thought it was only their officials and coahing that got covid hit. i don't see der petition getting a positive return

This is not discussed well enough. Seeing how far we’ve gone considering set pieces especially corner kicks used to be our weakness in the past.

I say kudos to our current back 4, ramsdale , the coaching crew and the other players who join the defence when corner kicks are played against us . cool
good morning, this is exactly what i was discussing with a plastic fan yesterday. the way arsenal have improved at set piece is top notch, arteta and his coaching crew really put in a lot to better our defence, just a lil touch at right back then we are good. the fact that defence used to be our problem for years untill now can never be over emphasized.

Anyone can sense your ego from your post. you seem to care more about coming out right than making a clear informative debate and thats your problem. the fact that he said he will HELP doesn't mean the game plan was his, arteta said his football vision and idealogy is same with his 2nd rightman, which means there would be lil or nothing to even tell them from home cus they would already be implimenting it by then.and moreover i have seen him talk to arteta through a lot of games. i'm even tired of having this go with you. happy new year to you bro.

Incase anyone is still doubt how poor the officiating was today, Arsenal ONLY committed 11 fouls during the game and had 5 yellows and red. City 13 fouls 2 yellows in added time one for taking off shirt and one kicking the ball away. No yellow cards for their fouls. This can’t be right! If city and Guardiola had any honors, they will elect to replay this game.
CITY has always been like that right from the days of kompany and david silver. they just know how play dirty and get away with it

Lolz .... I actually know who they are talking to because the commentator on bein sports mentioned it specifically . It is u who is trying so hard to assume the assistant coaches took 100% charge of the match and didtched the instructions he’s passing to them remotely .

It is well sha. Hoping we win as many matches as possible in the second half of the season irrespective of the coach being present live or working remotely .
I hate when we base our arguement off someone else opinion and idealogy. the pundit abi comentator on bein sports saying they MIGHT be on to arteta doesn't mean they really were on call with him. i've seen that guy all season with the other guy on earpod all season long, abi na wenger dem de recieve info from come give arteta. i so much love the arsenal medias that i follow to get first hand info or else men like you would kill me with fake news

I really do not understand u . The match I watched the camera showed two assistants , one was on earbuds penning down instructions from Arteta ( the commentator actually pointed this out ) , while the one on the touchline was carrying out this instructions .

Are u really saying this did not play out today ? Wetin we use korokoro eyes see....

By the way Arsenal has been playing more attacking football in recent times , so u talk about haram football do not apply here .
guy even when arteta stands at the touchline, three assistants are usually on earpods, two beside arteta on the bench and one on the stand. arteta made it clear that they are always on call all through the game. so seeing a guy on earpod doesn't mean he was with arteta on call, it might be the normal analysis routine call. and moreover the gaffer already said he trusted his assistants to carry out the job po well. so think wel before you spit out your opinion and present them as facts
