Nairaland GeneralRe: Tell Us About Your Moniker by Ghost01(m):
"Ghost" as a metaphor. Sometimes people I see all the time tell me they are seeing me for the first time when we finally officially meet. Makes me think I'm neither seen nor heard. Coupled with the fact that I have this kind of the-ghost-in-the-thriller-video footsteps (ko-ko-ko). You only hear the footsteps approaching, cleanly elegantly, and nothing else. Once had my friend's female neighbors screaming at me for doing that on a dark night. Nowadays though I add the adj "skinny" to it. Hence, Skinny Ghost!

PoliticsRe: History Sunday 101: My Questions On Ojukwu by Ghost01(m):
filiks: So what was my own fallacy? Read my post again and maybe you will observe that I asked you to read and did not give you the info.

You answer should have been; Awo was a free man when the war started, he was freed by Ojukwu prior to that war.

This is why people fail little tests sometimes.
Freed by Ojukwu? Was he a prisoner of Ojukwu's or a prisoner of the Nigerian state? Btw, who was Ojukwu then to free a prisoner of Awo's stature? Tribalism won't let u use ur head

Foreign AffairsRe: Netanyahu, HAMAS And Dearth Of Reason In Middle East by Ghost01(m): 9:12am On Jul 23, 2014
If Hamas is a terrorist organisation, what does that make the Isreali government? Since the birth of Hamas, I'm guessing that the Isrealis have killed nothing less than 50 Palestinians for every Isreali casualty of Hamas' rockets. The Palestinians are not occupying Isreali terrory, it's vice versa instead. If say Nigeriens are occupying Sokoto State today, do you think Nigerians will fold their arms and smile. And I take it it's ok for the Isreali military to attack hospitals too... Some Nigerians can dumb!
Foreign AffairsRe: South Africa's ANC Calls Israeli Ambassador To Leave The Country by Ghost01(m): 8:22am On Jul 23, 2014
Way to go! Let's hope our "bible-thumping" president and the toothless N/A will show some guts. "Our freedom (as Nigerians too) is incomplete without the freedom of the Palestinians." The world must say NO to the Netanyahu-led apartheid regime in Isreal!

PoliticsRe: History Sunday 101: My Questions On Ojukwu by Ghost01(m): 4:02pm On Jul 21, 2014
@Filiks, you don't get to sell your own fallacious view as the real history. Awo was released from prison on August 3, 1966, when the only known Biafra was the Bight of Biafra. Ojukwu declared Biafra's Independence on May 30, 1967. The Civil War started on July 6, 1967. Stop trying to sell untruths as historical facts.

macof: there's no such thing as "Nigerian" culturally or spiritually speaking.

Porto novo in Benin republic is more Yoruba than Asaba in the same Nigeria
In case you haven't noticed bro, a Nigerian culture is evolving and it is very evident in our (real) cities.
