INEC will only act according to the information (statistics) at its disposal. Each and everyone knows where he or she registered. Their names will be there. Mobile polling booths are non-existent in Nigeria today.

Voting population! The population of registered voters in the various areas.

The allocation was made based solely on the voting population of the various geopolitical components of Nigeria. Stop making an issue out of what is not! The world needs less politicians.

The world needs less soldiers. We shouldn't hail these guys when they defy the law. Oppressing others just because they went to a school where they were thought how to handle guns, obey pot-bellied seniors without question ... and get paid for it, isn't something the society should celebrate. They are clothed and fed with tax-payers' money; they are not above the law.
