Nairalanders, easy na! We forget that the fact that a 4.99 CGPA is practically impossible in a public university is not a function of the students' inability but that of the learning environment. If the stable, well-regulated and ermm ... ermmm ... dialoguous environs of a private univ. obtains in public univ., we'd see better CGPA's from there. Congratulations, Ms. Oputa! |

Tinubu's place in the annals of political history in Nigeria is sealed already. He has seen, he has swam, and he has not drowned. He has his flaws, yes!, but he is human. The society should make up for the rest. |

MarvellousGod - He also did say that when answering the tell-us-about-yourself question make sure ur answers are tailored towards audit and core kpmg values. For the why-do-you-want-to-make-the-switch question, make sure you highlight the mgt skills u learned in ur read discipline that tallies with what Audit requires - communication skills, people mgt skills, team work, etc. Then he said to participate and ask question after presentations. And to read about previous audits carried out by kpmg... |
MarvellousGod: Hi ghost, can you give me a summary of what he told you pls? I don't have credit to call, honestly. Or is the info confidential?? Thank youHe explained more on the info on the old thread. The AC = 70 critical reasoning questions, panel interview, and group work and presentation. Questions like: let us meet you; why kpmg; why audit; why do you want to make the switch from "what you studied" to audit; strengths & weaknesses, etc, will come up at the P.I. stage... |

These things may be considered child abuse in Europe, but you can't say same for Nigeria. The questions should be: Has schools in Edo resumed? Was she hawking during the time that she should be in school? |
![]() FOLYKAZE: I tried it so many times but got one right. It was 100naira. You don't have to try again after two consecutive fail. ![]() FOLYKAZE: I tried it so many times but got one right. It was 100naira. You don't have to try again after two consecutive fail.Okoro!!! ![]() |
swiftrobin: so long as you sent your cv toI sent my CV to e-recruitment@adexec.com last week cos I saw an ad on an online job board that the coy using the address is recruitment. And I got the Oasis mail today. I just hope I don't have to close my yahoo account because of scams like this. I've been using the account for years now and I registered on mainly social platforms using it. And thank Heavens for Nairaland. Seven save us! |

Sit your mum down and explain to her. In fact if it comes to picking at (the doctrines of) her religion, then do it. I'm the only atheist in my family. When it comes to prayer and/or worship times (which is very occasional), I just go there to stand and stare (if at all I decide to join) and dance etighi if the song in rendition is a 'sweet' one. However, everyone knows my stance on religion. The one frustrating thing I have to put up with is everyone going on one prayer-chant or the other every now and then and my having to say 'amen' or 'yes sir/ma' at the end of every line. Even though I don't believe in the skywizard they invoke, we are, at least, energy fields; we radiate energy. Do the needful, sit your mum down and talk to her. I didn't tell my dad about my aversion to Godism until after I graduated from school because I was worried about what he'll say/think, but after I told, we had a normal 'friend-to-friend' discussion and that was it. If you end up changing your view on God just to please her, you'll end up being angry at yourself and at her, in the long run. Salaam! |
Help! I'm sooo Clueless
