rationalmind: hmmm, nawa o. Me no ready use my body test jazz sha cos no atheist will still believe. They will find a way of dismissing it.Then they are in the same league with Nigerian religionist who think Christ is capable of shielding them off any kind of jazz. Christ and Yahweh that couldn't help his Jewish people during the holocaust. |
Get this into thick weeded skulls: Jesus is not only dead. He never even existed. Therefore he isn't coming. |
FOLYKAZE: wad up man.FOLYKAZE if you have a pin then add me up on BBM or Android. If you tell an average White man or an atheist about the existence of Osayin, they will dismiss it as some sort of ventriloquistic trick. Some Nairaland atheists need to be convinced with hard evidence. So far, Uyi Iredia is ready to see, but I need one at least one more atheist to witness with their eyes and their HD camera for Nairaland and Youtube consumption. Some of them are scared like the religionists who seek safety and comfort from the NBS they don't understand or are too frightened by their pastors/afas never to venture because it has portrayed as something only capable of 'evil' *NBS: Native Belief System |
RationalDude: A simple revolver can cause more damage than "jazz".Jazzes I classify under 'Offensive' category can do more damage than .56 calibre or a Magnum pistol. BTW, why is it that by any mentioning of jaz, what comes to everyone mind is shooting, aggression, offensive, attack, kill, murder etc. Now if you have your Luga, I know peeps asking me to bring jaz unbeliever like you to shoot them and that you will be the one to get harmed over the claim that your firearm will knock. (my scientific interpretation is that the jazz will effectuatee, metaphysically a sort of force capable of jamming the trigger such that if you keep pulling the trigger, the projectile will backfire, thereby hurting you). There are others who would tell me if you really want to go that path of where you will fire and the bullet would instead hit you (the firer). My brother, no rationality or logic supports this claim but this is Yoruba metaphysic or what I prefer to call advanced sciences so it can be understood and studied as to add or modify dogmatic scientific theories. |
rationalmind: Lol, my friends tell the same thing about jazz. Its very difficult to dismiss those things. Let them use a minor jazz on you now, you can give someone the HD camera and send to us.You have several options to dismiss it, one of which is to argue that I was the one doing the acting after been hit with the jazz. |
Logicnoy03 am waiting for your response. |
Logicboy na WA o! U just ran away from the interview: https://www.nairaland.com/1503638/one-one-logicboy-why-regard I suspect you suspected where I'm going with that One on One. You atheists should let be all these rigid minded religionists and focus your intelligence on African super sciences. The other time at a cafe, people ganged up against me for thinking I'm the anti-Christ for having images of atheistic reasoning and logic changing on my laptop's wallpaper, all because someone asked a question if I believe in God, and I ask which God? That's where it all started. I was bounced off the cafe eventually for asserting my stand in matters of faith. Ironically, I was even attacked by several yawu boys (bad deeders) for saying I don't believe in Hell, Jesus and the Christian God: Jehova or. Allah or Vishnu or Loki. Without letting me to land on where I'm driving at, I was labelled and before you know it......*gboa*. My point is, you atheists here on Nairaland have my admiration. And just like I was once like you anti-theism...I have long seen and witness what it takes to convince an unbeliever of African capacity to effect the supernatural, hence reason to believe there is God. But not the Abrahamic one, but the Yoruban which is the same as that of the Igbos and other native Africans. For spaghetti monster sake, we are not Jews or Arabs, so why should we subscribe to the middle eastern belief system wherein people from such origin (Sam Harris) denounces it. We are blacks. We are superior. We have more than nuclear power. We have ultimate technology. But many don't know. And those who know are not given support or a continually ridiculed. Those who still possess some of these esoteric knowledge are not enlightened and uninformed that the world need to see what we've got down here, it's high time the world stop looking down on us. I have seen a superscientist engaged someone writhing in pain after managing to jump-escape out of an accident whose hands to arm is bloodied and bruised. The Babalawo cursed (se ekpe fun) the wounds to heal back and it began so, instantly and immidiately. These and several others are what still gives me hope that one day, we blax are going to be respected before the world. And that's why I expect you Nairaland aheists to ignore these hardened religionists whose pastors or afas might have been decieved with bedazzling feats not knowing the source of such of energy (if not trick) is still from native powers. I am aware you nairaland atheists need evidential proof for the supernatural, Haba! there are so many such that I even shed tears almost everyday knowing that these things exists amongst our village folks and yet the whites think its not possible to vanish/invisible when you are not Nomad in Crysis, and that's it delusion to believe one can stop bullets when you are not the man of steel or walk on water. In the village where I am, one of the pal I befriended told me someone walked on their river, and I said 'gbagbe ko possible jo' (forget it's not possible) unless he used some sort of plexi-glass and y'all know what he told me? he said the guy whom he saw did it never attended primary school talkless of knowing about any science or technology called 'plexiglass'. I need not to believe him because I have seen other feats too myself. Yesterday in my quest to know, some folks who have always misunderstand me as one of yoU guys who say 'kosogun' (nothing like charm/juju/jazz) almost tried to harm me when he went inside to bring several offensive YAS, because they have been telling me not to quote you guys again instead I should go bring or invite anyone of you to confirm with your eyes. So I'm using this opportunity to invite any of you now or bunch of tou can even cone together with HD cameras. And after you have seen and believe, then we can focus on how to properly plot a way on how to tehnologize them into a modern society. Kanoko for instance can be an alternative to motor vehicle since it shortens long distance, so those who are late for work or appointment can just press a button and it does it trick. Egbe in its many versions can be used to teleport death-bound passengers in a soon-to-crash airplane or accidenting bus to a safe spot. I have so many ideas of how ABP(African bullet proofs) and many other Yoruba Advanced Sciences can be adapted to modern use. It's very unfortunate of the kind of government we have in Nigeria and Yorubaland, otherwise these are areas heavy researches should be funded to. Not sport and pilgrimage. I have stopped trying to convince my black Christians and Muslims Yorubas to see that our native belief system is far better and much more provable than what we have been indoctrinated with but it has only fetch me disdain and labels, few time almost violence. So it's up to you Nairaland atheists to rechannel your energy towards how can we.....and not who do we argue or sharpen our intellect with. They have been brainwashed and its not easy to be re fine tune back. You can add me on BBM: 3166FA06. Atheists ONLY. |

Dynamique: Ghost of sparta,i have pressing questions to ask you,i would appreciate if you can answer on here.I will be doing that in the book am still working on. What I can tell you here is that: Local natives whom I'm having very tough time with in my tiring quest of knowing more about these numerous advanced sciences actually do have them in multitude of versions which is even giving .e headache to classify. Ayeta is just like a generic name for several types of ABPs. And by 'locals native' I do not mean everyone of them as there are even skeptics and those heavily influenced by Abrahamif religions amongst them, I'm referring to some of them who are still into our ancestral belief system thereby retaining certain of these knowledges spreading all over Yorubaland. |
Katsumoto: O knowledgeable one, the fountain of all knowledge, the embodiment of all knowledgeThing is I'm tired of correcting misconceptions relating to topics like this. I have endeavored to do that and more in a book I'm still penning. |
Logicboy03: The god that says that "there is no other god but me" in his heart is a foolIn A$AP's voice: "Fvck been polite" This is the kind of respond black Christian and Muslim converts deserves. Even Olodumare the Awamaridi as stated in Ifa acknowledges the Irunmoles (other deities). |
@ALL You all have directly and unknowingly distorted the True Yoruba Historical origin. It's a shame how people have been influenced to think in conformity with western concept. Misinterpreting 'awo' as cult. Claiming ours to be myth when it's infact not, in any respect. And so many errors from all parties of argument. |
Ishilove: Hell no. Da grin was a philosopherHe was more than a philosopher, he is the god of creative expression. |
It's glad to know you are at least trying to present our belief system in a way it will be comprehensible to someone unfamiliar or confused about IFA and the Orishas. However, you are unknowingly complicating and painting it with many bull's eye that scientists, humanists and skeptics would hit and dismiss over some of the interpretations you provided. IFA as a subject is something not even Einstein or Kant can analyse or derive a particular doctrine from. Ifa is extremely wide and intricated that it would take someone or group of intellectual with high degree of scholarship in various subjects to truly interpret and decipher some aspect of it. I know what I'm saying because I'm attempting it too, and even without plunging into it yet with its practitioners, I can tell you enough to understand what it is actually meant by ori, difference between orisha and Irunmole since a lot tend to confuse them with each other. There are many things you are incorrect about. But you have my support in trying to enlighten others. |
As much as any knowledgeable person on Euro-Arab enslavement of Black African would agree that the heinous trend spanning over several centuries sought justification in certain verses in their hodgepodge book of religion, what can you say to those who argue that the same book (aside from Quran and Torah) was also invoked to propel the abolishment of black enslavery? Before asking my next question, wouldn't you rather think if indeed our forefathers who had knowledge on how to effect supernatural powers as I keep affirming then and now is still available, couldn't it have been applied against the invaders since that would be the logical thing to do. What's your take on that? |
Just like the 90% of Nigerian artistes, D'Banj is one of the most wackiest. He'd probably make a 2nd in my Nigeria Hall of Shame. There's no Sophistication nor originality in Nigerian types of music and it still amazes me how the teeming audiences roll with them. Whenever I point out to pals that D'banj just like Psquare, Davido, even Wizkid to a large extent all lacks unique lyrical creativity and content, that it's only and sometimes the instrumental beat that propels them, I get the reply sort of like the ones posted by D'banj zombies. I think the whole Nigeria entertainment industry is just like someones footnote "In democracy, people get the kind of governing they deserve". In an entertainment filled with varieties of mediocres, the audience deserve any jester performance launched at them. BTW Spade, what do you think of DaGrin. I think he's the most sophisticated artistes if compared to the likes that are presently afflicting our radiosphere. What's your assessment of him? |
@FOLYKAZE What you wrote would have been profound but you unknowingly shot yourself several times based on the logic you devised to interpret Yoruba |
Logicboy03: Dont deny him the right to tell his story......naive bros like Ihedinobi can learn.LogicBoy OVER HERE |
PROGRAM: ONE on ONE EPISODE: 001 HOST: Ghost of Sparta GUEST: LogicBoy NATURE: Discursive LICENSE: Private LogicBoy, however slight or huge our differences may be regarding the issue of supernatural possibilities, I still see you as another version of me regarding the application logic and reasoning. If I am talking of the supernatural, I'm implying it strictly within the African context, I am aware it's up to us 'African supernautralists' like me to provide hard evidence of any such claims as 'non-trick magic'. I am very sure you, just as I, are much aware of dismissible assertions of the prominent religions regarding their supernatural claims in their Holy Books, I am not talking of God, but of demonstratability of supernatural claims otherwise known as juju in this part of the globe. Magic, if passed off as mystical in origin is something any rational mind should ofcourse doubt like in the case of the repelling wall magnetic trick you cited where someone uninformed would believe has supernatural cause in respect to the act of some unintelligible utterances (incantations). I am as deeply an Atheist as you are but only towards the Abrahamic religions, but, like many black Atheists on this forum, why do you all have this predilection to always place African abilities of manipulating the natural world [via the application of esoteric knowledges] on the same pedestal as those of Christianity, Islam and Judaism. By African, I am mostly referring to either Yoruba or Igbo supernatural clouts of nature. Perhaps, you and I need to seek an agreeable definition of the the English term 'Supernatural'. I'd like to hear your definition first, not any established definition from the Lexicon. Thirdly, If you are one day convinced of a the existence and efficacy of Yoruba/Igbo Advanced Sciences (juju) would you rather keep on enlightening these legions of Nigerian religionists (I have tried it too in real life and all I get his labell and been called Anti-christ) or at least devote half of your time like I am doing, into figuring a way on how these YAS/IAS can be technologied for modern consumption. For instance, I have figured a formula on how the yet unpopular bullet proof jazz can be adapted to the modern world, and so many others, thing is I can't do it alone. And by 'unpopular' I referring to its widely unknown status to world at large, especially to the western societies. |
ubl6: First, Muslims are not ‘Ka'aba Worshippers’! We worship the only One True God, the Creator of the Universe called ‘Allah’ in Arabic. Ka'aba is just a ‘Qibla’ — a direction which all muslims face while observing their prayers. Masjid al-Haram (‘the sacred mosque’ aka ka'aba) is just a Masjid (mosque) like all other Masajid (mosques) globally though the most important of them, being the ‘first house (of worship) appointed for mankind’ -[Sura 3:96.] So ka'aba IS NOT AN IDOL but a mosque! Infact during the early days of prophet Muhammad's mission, Muslims used to face Masjid al Aqsa (‘the farthest mosque’ in Jerusalem) during their prayers. This continued until when a revelation came asking the prophet to turn his face towards the sacred mosque in Makkah:fairy tales^ btw are you an arab or an African? |

emotional: @GhostspartaYou will get your answers in a book I'm still writing. I explained IFA and ORUNMILLA there. If it scam or not. Analyses and difference of Aje/Eleye and what the whites considers as witchcrafts and so many more. |
As more churches are getting closed in Europe, several hundreds are launched here where there's no electricity, no good roads, high crime, poor standard of living and yet most claim to know or communicate with their respective all mighty |
Ajibam: which god be that?Any of the Abrahamic gods Ajibam: my own God is elohim-self existing oneAre you a black African or semitic Jew? |
FOLYKAZE: Quantumn physics is seen to be an explanation for spirits? How so? @Billyonaire Still ignoring the challenge? |
Shame on all you Nigerian blokes haranguing on Blackberries, iPhones, Samsung etc. When will most of you come to discuss about ways and how to invent and manufacture our own phone from Black Land such that it will innovatively beat theirs all together? I know when. It is when we stop immersing our mind from foreignly imposed religions and its dogmatism. If someone here were to create a phone that could disappear when turned off been one of it unique features serving as an end to phone loss or theft, when in need, just snap your fingers and it will reappear. It is my fellow Nigerian blacks who have been brainwashed by Abrahamic religions that will be the first to condemn it like "how are we sure it's not the devil that is making it to disappear...God forbid I will not buy it", "Ah! you are buying a phone made by juju and 666" and so many derogatory statements like that but if such phone is made by paganic Korean Samsung or Atheist Finland Nokia, so far it's coming from a white man's land, it gladly welcome here. MY OPINION TO THE TOPIC: Blackberry is the best phone in Nigeria, I once use to condemn BB until I got my Storm 2 which I enjoyed a lot. The Playbook is magnificent device too. I am saying all this as it pertains to our locale. Considering our locale using Android is unworthy since it's an internet hungry OS whereas the Blackberry requires a fixed subscription that has it datacap. All Android users who are jubilating about the possibility of BBM-ing on your device don't realize is that you are indirectly in love with Blackberry's innovation, for instance if it's possible to use a USB mouse/keyboard and run Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Word on a Sony Playstation 4 means I don't need a PC again? Emulated BBM on other phones can't be compared to the original been run on it's native phone. |
brosss: nice piece, but u forget, my friend, that chess is Just a game, where if u fail, u can try again and smarter.........War, my friend isn't a game, if u fall, u are extinct. there is no coming back. nice argument though. He's comparative assessment stems from the military analogy "War is like a game of chess" |
zo3184: God do not exist.POINT OF CORRECTION....It's the Abrahamic God that doesn't. |
ifebosco: oyibo bring bible, arab bring coran, come fool us,in exchange them carry mineral resouces free, slave free.black continent always behind for religious reasonsNOT ONLY THAT THEY ALSO CONDEMNED OUR PAGANISM AND NOW THEY COME IN DROVES TO ACQUIRE IT FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGICAL BREAKTHROUGH AND INSPIRATIONS, SELL THE PRODUCT DERIVED FROM IT BACK TO US, PRODUCTS MADE WITH OUR TIN, STEEL, IRON RESOURCES |

equams: lepasharon@ghost of sparta...can we have an extract of your book? cos i wanna learn more about these african traditional religion plus the different terminologies..or do you have a website?I'm sorry no one can't for now. The black man never had a religion, religion itself is a foreign term. In Yoruba 'esin' is a way of life just like Tao/Shintoism which encompasses the tradition, culture, language and rites of the Japanese is their way of life but to the European understanding, it's religion. There are only two religions in this world; Christianity and Islam, Judaism itself is encompasses the way of life of the Jewish people. It's not a religion. So the book I am working on is not about African traditional religion, though I shall touch it in various respect, but it's specifically about what I call African Advanced Sciences mostly from the Yoruba perspective. equams: Think about it guys..if you believe in a god, there are other gods too.God of magic, thunder. You just have to know which one you want to worship, once you dabble in black magic you are dealing with other gods^What?^....stop obfuscating your mind. Who told you one can't propitiate more than one deity? Africans were originally polytheists, actually henotheists as I am. Note, even in those ancient time there were atheists and skeptics too, Ifa mentioned of them. As a polytheist Mr. X could seek child from Osun/Yemoja, seek protection from protection from Orunmila, seek breakthrough, inspiration, etc from Sango/Ogun, deter misery and demise through the proper application of Osanyin/Esu and so on and on, given what I have expressed it doesn't make the part of your statement in bold valid. Most of you Nigerians have been heavily influence with a wester, christeo-judaic way of thinking. As an henotheist, all this Orishas/Irunmoles revolve round one source - OLODUMARE which is far beyond our senses and understanding and has no shrine dedication nor need to propitiate nor worship. @FOLYKAZE You are right about your Ogun description but the problem is the same with most people who unintentionally use inappropriate English terms in interpreting some of our Yoruba terms. Yorubas never had myths or mythology. I have heard people from Unis says "according to Yoruba mythology, Sango is..." it's utter nonsense. The Yorubas never and still don't have myth. Mythology is something that is neither true nor false like Apollo, Siren, Cyclops, Poseidon, Orion, Zeus, Jupiter are all parts of Greco-Roman creation and origin myths that so many expressionists in different time constructed huge statute and burst of which you and I know when contacted today to supernatureact on behalf of what is claimed by their historians, nothing will happen. Can that be said of even a semi-Orisha called 'Ayilala'? muchless of the major IRUMOLEs like Sango, Amadioha, Sopana, Eshu, Ogun, Oya etc and yet the weeks and names of months were named after those fake Greco-roman deities who were originally derived from ancient Egypt. I can't go into the complex history of that. Regarding 'Agbo'....oro po niwe kobo |
