Kpekus well, it works... That was the only thing recommended by my Docs during my 40th week ante-natal... Did the doo and saw my mucus plug the following morning... Baby came 40w3days... Tho, kpekus at this time is not easy but just try... Save the energy for walking and climbing stairs for the real deal, those things made my baby more comfortable then...

Another thing is that you might be having painless contraction... It deceived me too... While in the L & D, I did not have painful contractions until labour was augmented... Check more these signs... #e-hugs

dont worry baby will come when baby is ready to come. They say its +/- 2 weeks but some come bang on their due dates and some even bf. When it starts getting to/past 42weeks thats when u r offiially postterm.

Baby is just relaxed and chilling. No single sign of labour apart from the cramps I get when I drink Zobo. Yesterday's scan she weighed 3.9kg . I'm done walking or climbing stairs. Induction date booked for 20th.

Based on personal experience, orgasm is the fastest way to induce labour. I don't know about anyone else but it worked for me. So, you could try putting your D.H to work on that and see how it goes.

That's one of the things I haven't tried yet. For like close to two months now, I just gave up, too much headache with stomach everywhere

Scan done at 18weeks EDD is tomorrow and seriously praying that i will not be at the next ANC, hoping to have put to bed by then.

in other news, at today's clinic, the Doctor after examining me said I'm already contracting...but forgot to ask which of the contractions cos me i dont know anything about either of the contractions (BHC or LC).

Cramping over Atleast today is ANC

I'd never really wanted my baby to come before today, I had a lot of things lined up that I wanted to do before the baby comes, and it's all ending today. Today, I clean the house, wash and start drying my beans then labour starts in the evening . I'd really love to have my baby this long weekend/public holiday so everyone around can have my time

The bad part is that my tummy feels so good right now. No ache anywhere, no contractions, no mucous plug , the baby is just there kicking away like it thinks it's still a baby. You are old o, come out

Lol Alos you are crazy, this is hilarious. I've long stopped work sha so water is not breaking in public and thanks for giving the baby such nice name

Diapers: molfix size 2. Wipes: I use pampers. Huggies is a bit hard and gave my baby a sore bottom. Bath products: I use chicco but cussons is good. Body cream: ori mixed with coconut oil. Coconut oil for his hair. Perfume and fragrance no need biko. The only thing is I use comfort in the water to wash his clothes so they always smell very nice.

You will be surprised at the vast array of baby perfume and cologne in the market! I was gifted some Johnson baby cologne when I gave birth but used it on me instead. Baby scent is pure and never offensive so didn't see the need to apply it.

Mild cramps is normal cuz your organs are shifting to accommodate the baby, but if it gets painful or unbearable, go to the hospital.

Yeah pregnacare is very safe, but I think they might give you that when you start antenatal. For now you can start taking folic acid

I'm glad Baby Zino is doing fine. Don't worry too much about her weight esp if she's not underweight for her age. Just make sure her diet is balanced, that helps to keep them healthy.

Mamas ,let's always make sure we have people around us especially when we are close to edd .I learnt a big lesson this night .got home arnd 6 ,rounded up somethings,had dinner then i decided to watch zeeworld to pass time till dh comes back . Suddenly ,i felt this sharp pain .couldn't walk ,couldn't stand up to get my fone sef ,it was as if lo was dragging my kidneys,lungs ,heart together and i was really weak .My compound is ' mind your business' type and nobody will even hear if i scream. I only started praying for God to push dh home anywhere he was ,i thought i was in labour already ...Story short ,the pain just relieved me and dh isn't even home yet then it had me thinking what if truly i was in labour? No person to help ,no neighbours(they are mostly guys anyways) ,no airtime or even dead battery .i'd have to wait till dh comes home or wat? ...I'm going to my mil once i start my leave .it was a scary stuan

Had similar pains last night, though mine were just sharp and quick. Read on google that it might be effacement pains while some others said it's caused by baby's downward descent while pushing through ligaments.

Since I started my leave, I've had dead battery issues too esp during the day cuz the power supply is a bittch so hubby forced me to go and dig up my long abandoned Nokia torch/airtel line. That one is now always there, fully charged and topped up, waiting to make the emergency call . If you can get one of those too. When are you starting your leave?

Sis, do the one u can do and don't stress yourself too much. That was how i finished suffering during my own time. U wont believe i even skipped, climbed hills around my area, danced, climbed stairs, waka and yet baby still passed all my scan dates and even passed my lmp date with 6 days. Save your energy for the real thing. Baby will come when he wants to come

lol my mum said climbing stairs worked for her so let me still try that one today, lmp date is 2 days away
