Help gravity by finding a gd position. Your body ultimately knows the right thing to do.

May God give us all strength to b able to birth our young ones. Praying we don't weep over them and that everyone will rejoice in the end.

But on a serious not i dont know what causes that, cos at my last ante-natal i asked my doctor and he was not able to give me a reasonable and cogent reason for it......he only advised that i should drink plenty water.

I'm beginning to find these antenatal check ups more and more annoying cuz I never have any complaints, and when I do, I just get 'It's all part of pregnancy'.I'm planning to skip my antenatal class on Saturday and go start my baby shopping, before I'd become one of those patients whom the nurses flog during delivery for not having a hospital bag .

Btw, @all mamas, I feel like it's time to start reading parenting books. Who can recommend a good parenting book biko. I'd prefer something that's based on psychology or if it's a christian book, it shouldn't have bible quotations all over it. Thank you in advance

Don't they have a customer care line, this also happened to me when my dstv expired, I renewed almost immediately and channel 198 disappeared, I called customer care and they fixed it in a matter of minutes.

Pregnancy is really weird, i brought cereal to work but all I really want to eat is the badly cooked buka food that's sold around my office, that I once told my husband I'd never eat again cuz I think it can cause typhoid. I can't even say what I really want to eat, if its rice, it has to be really mashy and overcooked and if its soup it has to be watery, but first I'm off to the toilet to throw up my breakfast, it has just bluntly refused to go down. First trimester is back. What weird cravings do you guys have?

Thanks for the shout out, am having malaria since last week doctor gave me some drugs but I kept vomiting them so I had to go back for injection for 3days both in the morning and night. Thank God am getting better now, it will definitely end in praise for us all. Shout out to my fellow teamies, hope we are all shopping well. Pls ask your hospital for the hospital list so you can buy those ones first and pack separately.
