Please o mamas I have a question. Is it wrong to lie on my tummy, my mom is always shouting on me not to. But I am 9 weeks and that is the most comfortable position for me. I thought it's when the tummy is protruding that is when it's wrong.

At my antenatal class, they said you can lie on your stomach, as long as it remains a comfortable position for you. That's been one of my favourite positions from day 1. The only position they said is not good is laying on your back

Been weeping, lost my son as a result of IC. I actually had a rescue cerclage but it was too late so I had premature labour, he died two hours after delivery. It's well.

This is so sad . So so sorry for your loss my precious teamie, but I know God would surprise you again soon and there shall be no more loss. I can see the mamas are answering your question, you can also type cerclage on the nairaland search button, select the health section and read as much as you can in preparation for next time. They gave me one liquid white medicine at the hospital, I think it was gestid or something in that category. doesn't taste bad and really helps with the heartburn. I only experienced heartburn in first trimester tho, it was intense and nothing else apart from that medicine worked for me. You should mention it to your doctor.

As for tiredness, at work sometimes I just go to the toilet sit there and I legit pass out and sleep. These days I've to start setting alarm for my sleeping sessions cuz the way it's going I might enter there one day and do three hours straight. If you've done all the routine tests and you take your routine drugs and you are still feeling tired, then just try and take all the rest you can get, it comes with the territory.

Hi brothers and sisters in The Lord, please help me thank Master Jesus cuz I've finally delivered my big poo I was in labour for 4 days and it's one of the worst discomforts I've ever experienced. Finally ended up at the hospital where they had dulcolax inserted, spent the next one hour pushing in all positions and finally the big poo made it out.

Thanks for all your good wishes and suggestion in my moment of crisis . Fake pastor Coldfeet, your deliverance didn't work o. . Please y'all eat your fruits, and drink your three litres of water daily, and no matter how much you love Udara please never swallow the seeds , nothing is worth this kind of pushing when it's not going to produce a baby . Right now my legs are still shaking from the relief, can't even stand, and my bumbum is still on fire. Hi my teamies, how far with the waddling.

Yesterday and even today...and trust me I licked like 8 each day....tho I want to take a brk...hian....guess its giving u constipation.... Drink a lot of water...b4 I got preg I take paraffin oil for constipation but I don't knw if its OK for preg women o...I also use ducolax, an inserting pill for my anus...and I dont still knw if its OK for preg women...

Sorry o mamas. Help me clarify this. Doesn't the vagina get wider for delivery again? Like a mama asked doesn't vagina dilate like cervix?

It gets wider for sex, talk more delivery, and in both cases I believe it still contracts back after the deed, what I can't say is if it would still be exactly as tight as before post delivery since I haven't born before I'm sha sure it won't remain the size of a baby's head

Good to know, happy for you. As for the surgery thing, that doesn't sound true, even mamas that have undergone CS once are allowed to try for V. Delivery the next time if they want to.

Hi teamie, baby has engaged kwa. Hian, that was fast, don't make me start thinking about labour now before my blood pressure would increase I don't even ask for baby's position at my scans and no one even mentions it, guess cuz wherever it is now is not bothering me. I'd start asking from 25 weeks.
