that is the only reason ive heard so far that makes sense! HIV-2 makes a lot of sense because it is concentrated in west africa and there probably isnt much incentive to test for it. thats prolly why naija and those other countries were mentioned and not places in east africa or south africa with high HIV prevalance. it also accounts for the 'if you have ever had sex with a nigerian' lol
