start with your family members. try talking for a longer period with family members and at the same time try to resist the urge to go and recharge （staying alone）. Try to extend the time you spend with family members. From there, you can graduate to family friends etc. Also reduce your time on social media
All i have to conclude is practice makes perfect, a journey of 1000miles starts with a single step, gradually you will surprise yourself.

No where in the world do civilians just throw another civilian into jail to explain how stray sperm entered her vagina. It is an offence if a DNA is done and the woman is found wanting but not enough offence to throw her in jail without handing her over to the law. First thing first, a DNA should be done then he can know how best to proceed but don't ignorantly think he can just throw her into cell because she said he got her pregnant. If they find that she lied and her claims makes him surffer (or lose his job, break his marriage, make him miss a business deal or even mentally stressed) then he can sue her based on that. She did not swipe a child, he did not say she asked for money, what are you all about? He only said she brought a child to tell him he fathered a child by her. I don't see her blackmailing him or otherwise. Any sane person would first prove that she was wrong before planning to throw her into cell as if the police would just do so without proof that she was wrong in the first place.... Oh sorry I forgot, naija police is for the highest bidder. They would work for anyone who throws small money even if the reason is because the perceived offender "eyed" them.

You guys arent destined to be together, but breaking up with such person could put u in a kind of shock for a while, like you will be wondering how breakup was even possible.
I was so close with my ex that we always used same toothbrush whenever she visits, for weeks.
It took me almost a year to get over her after we broke up.

Two wiks ago, I decided it was time I changed for his, and b serious in MA relationship, so I dumped MA side chick whom depended solely on me during xzams and test,..took on a new chick whom also was in MA Class,long story short ah v bin spending to stupor on dz gal only to find out she was also dating for my brains,.. and eating ma hard earned money.. Her bestie whom claimed to b MA sister,was d one even encouraging her to fool me,neva give in to sex till after exams, which she replied dat she was Neva going to have sex with me after exams via her text messages which I secretly read, while she attended her ethnic meeting dz evening... NOTE : before now I was Neva interested in sexing her.

am at her house now cajoling her to follow me home, also I took her ATM card, am gonna make sure I sex her dz nyt.... even beat her if it comes to it, den tomorrow morning am going to go to d ATM machine and see if I can crack her code and withdraw all the money she has eaten from me, if am successful, den am gonna send her packing and move on to the next gal... whom wud also b in MA class to spite her....
