It's a novel concept and things will work themselves out once someone takes it up. That's why it's very important to have high grade outbounders. Honestly this might even be a business idea someone here can capitalize on. You may say I will charge $5 for every geo name you submit for outbounding; for every successful sale, I will collect 30% of the sale price. The outbounder assumes no risks whatsoever, if the name doesn't sell, they still collect $5 and they aren't responsible for renewals. If the name sells, they still collect a nice premium. And yes one might say why should I provide this service when I can just buy up geo names and outbound for myself. Well its the same reasons why bitcoin exchanges collect a minuscule fee from bitcoin traders rather than just buying and holding bitcoin to appreciate. It's the same reason most of these domain registrars don't just buy up all the domain names to resell but would rather collect a small fee when you buy.
