*Total acquisition: 17 (5 brandables, 12 geos)
*Got 15 names accepted at SH in july
*Started submitting to BB (their long review shaa)

The quoted sales letter is not too long. If you understand the art and science of email copywriting, you would know that it might even be more, depending on the strategy you adopt.

That we often send short outbound emails here doesn't render long emails useless. So, discover what works for you and stick to it.

This is impressive and many of us here can achieve the same. He doesn't have 2 heads and what is most interesting is that I don't think he is based in America or any rich European country. I suspect he's from Asia, from a third world country in Asia. I suspect Indonesia or at best Malaysia.

If we want to be successful in this business, we need to put in our best and not just treat it as a side hustle.

Also, we can't depend on outbounding geo's for sale. The big money is in inbound.

Also, don't be stingy and buy do handreg or buy deleted names. You need to buy names on the secondary market. There are many gems out there going very cheap. Go to Namepros and see names galore for sale at cheap prices

It seems all the names he sold were the ones he bought on the secondary market. It is food for thought.

We must also be ready to wait, at time wait years for a sale.

Also, domaining is a game of numbers. The more names you have, the likelier you are to have a sale. The guy has over 3,800 names. You can now understand why he has about 600 enquiries a month. The previous month was 650 or so.

It seems his sell rate is about 4% which will mean 152 sales minimum in a year. That is on the average 13 names a month. That is also food for thought.

Above all!! There were several domains we have sold here that are of equal quality, but been that we needs quick cash; we sold them to other domainers at very cheap price and they sold it at big price at the time when the end user demands for them

Domaining requires patience and focus; If you don't demand for big price no buyer can pay such cash.
But then you must make sure the domains worth the price.

I believe reputation do sell domains. Plus this guys have been in the business for over a decade. They already have the appropriate gut, skills and connection.

And of course the deep pocket to wait for that "seemingly impossible sale"

To those still hoping and praying for a sales keep pushing you never can tell when the sales will eventually come. This domain had been on for sale on Dan for about 2 years and then huge domains according to archive/org.

I have some domains (Brandable) outside Squadhelp without no inquiry or offers and I really didn't mind but was trying to register more short and meaniful names till this one sold. If you're like me, don't give up just yet, you never can tell when and how your own sales will come so just believe and be optimistic.

As I clock one year in domaining by the end of this month, here is my journey so far

This will be discussed in a pattern used by Beckplanet for his 2019 journey verdict.

My post may not be insightful, due to the fact that u can't use one sample to analyze a whole GEO niche, However, I know I'm only one of the few people that keep record of their inventory, and I know if anybody has a record, he/she will follow feat so as to have a larger sample for this analysis.

NOTE: otherwise stated, every info is regarding Geos.
That being said, I'll start;

July 2019;
*25th July 2019 i stumbled upon this thread.
*28th july, i made my first purchase of HostelPrice.com using GD promo
* I made a total 1 acquisition in July
*And of course, NO SALE

August 2019
* Made a total 8 acquisitions, mostly from promo. As per say i be student, na my pocket money i de use, so it's only promo i can afford.
* One of the names is Vegas Autoshop in king, that nearly became my 1st sale, but didn't happen cos i called buyer with naija number
* My first sale came last week of August, Cbdlegalfirm, @125$. Lol, some of us can remember the controversy around the name.

* First 3 weeks was silent, but took the time to continue my SH journey
