If you are from the east and have for once attended Mbaka's adoration, you will understand how powerful that man is.

Mbaka's adoration has significantly changed how the Catholics worship in the region and beyond. How the holy Mass is celebrated.

The Igbos are over 70% of Nigerian Catholics (Wikipedia, 2010). And if Mbaka leaves the church, he would pull a significant number out of the church.

Mbaka single-handedly supports churches and finances people's education in the east. Many people are still Catholics today because of that man.

Just like Bishop Adewale pointed out, controlling Mbaka must be a difficult task for Enugu diocese bishop because he has grabbed the Church at its balls.

Mind you, even Rome knows Fr. Mbaka.

And don't argue with me if you are not a Catholic.

If you're a Catholic and understands what the Eucharistic Celebration (termed Holy Mass) means, and it happens that Fr Mbaka decides to leave the church because a Bishop instructed him to act otherwise, the church will not lose its value. Farewell to anyone who leaves the church because of him. But I repeat, the Fr Mbaka I know will not leave the Catholic church, he will rather obey the authority of the church.

Let me state without bias, I have full regard for Fr Mbaka, and revere his ministrations. I am very much aware of his great charity works and contributions in uplifting many people. However, as a Priest of the Catholic church, you must not deviate from what the church stands for and involve in what she considers as an apostasy. I support Fr Mbaka where necessary and disagree with him as well in some instances.

If I have opportunity, I'll have loved to dialogue with you more on what the Catholic church stands for. Have a nice day dear

The experience I had with Jos cold many years back;
During inter state visit then in my secondary school, a mango fruit plucked directly from the tree was as cold as fruit just taken from the deep freezer.
Another experience I had in other visit was when our diesel engine vehicle couldn't start in the morning due to cold and we have to resort to giving the Mercedes vehicle real hot alcoholic drink before it could start.

The two love birds grew their relationship up to the point of marriage (traditional) being fixed. On the day of marriage, everything was set and the groom and family arrived as planned. As discussions went on, the man threw a shocker that he is interested in marrying the younger sister of the supposed lady (his lover) they came for.
Like play like play, he meant his word and that's final for him. All efforts to resolve the imbroglio ended like pouring water on stone. The ladies family gave in, and supported the marrying of their younger daughter at the expense of the elder one.
The marriage went on and concluded same day. With that shock, that elder lady till tomorrow remains unmarried.
This story is not Nollywood, all parties are available and within reach.

Why I dropped this story is for the lady seeking advice to take a quick decision and leave the guy for her sister if that's his choice and find love elsewhere before it's too late.

Catholics have it as a duty to continue to teach and enlighten many that interprete the scriptures wrongly. Many do not know that though scriptures are word of God and truth, that it also centres on a people's culture in time.
Most Catholics don't study to find the truth and teachings about their faith, they'll be floating and end up asking the wrong person.
As a person, I don't like discussing Christianity in terms of denominations rather, I dwell in love and sacrifice which is what Christ symbolises.
To my fellow Catholics, please do more to understand the teachings and you will be happier but most happy to live if live and sacrifice.

The Catholic does not use the word service in their liturgy. The Mass however, is the Holy Eucharistic celebration of Calvary Sacrifice in an unbloody manner under the appearance of bread and wine, offered to God through the ministry of the preist. Only this is called mass as there are other devotional rites, adoration etc.
Holy communions are given in all Catholic mass. However, in remote places where the priest is not available, the faithfuls do hold their normal Sunday worship as the mass except, no Holy communions.
The name mass is from the Latin word Missa, meaning dismissal. When the Sacrifice is completed, the faithfuls are dismissed; Ite Missa Est

Infact the honorable justice erred in that pronouncement. INEC may decide to issue the CoR within the last minutes of the 48 hours thereby, invalidating the time given for the swearing-in.
