That is how they keep deceiving you. Signs, wonders and miracles you don't know how they do it.
You get answers to prayers no matter your religion when your prayers or belief agrees with your sub-concious mind. If my father prays for me and I agree in my sub-concious mind on what he said, my spirit will seal it and it will result to miracle. This is what they teach you as faith in your churches cos without it you can't get answers to prayer no matter the name you use. People can pray in the name of their ancestors or whatever they believe in, if their heart is right and they have faith, they will surely get answer.
