Learn to speak the truth. It is better. All of us live in this Lagos and know the truth about water supply in this city. We are all at the mercy of MaiRuwa, shallow boreholes and pure water except you don't know how reliable public water supply looks like.

Lagos does not have reliable public water supply like other cities. Simple! All these small boys typing lies with their phones need to travel out. Let that guy visit either Abuja or Calabar and experience public water supply.

Besides, Fashola only construct short streets - few kilometres roads. His only long distant road would have been that Lagos - Badagry expressway but unfortunately, that road is being abandoned after spending about one quarter of the cost on media campaign. Akpabio's roads runs several kilometres crisscrossing the lenght and breath of the entire state opening up forgotten villages and settlements for development.

Akpabio beats Fashola by miles. The Lagos media hype is Fashola's only tool. That is why if he provides street lights on Ikorodu road or Ipaja road, his illiterate foot soldiers will move it straight to front page for celeberation. Meanwhile, almost all of Uyo and Calabar are lit up with functional (I repeat "Functional" street lights every night and nobody is making noise about it. The Federal Govt's owned Abuja metropolis is almost entirely lit up every night with street light and GEJ nor the FCT minister has never mentioned that as an achievement. The rate at which my Lagosian brothers celebrate mediocrity these days surprises me.

Fashola's only major legacy project is Eko Athlantic city. Even that is being Co financed with private sector funding. He has also done a lot in road construction and despite the huge revenue base of Lagos state he has acquired so much debts for upcoming generations. But how does all that compare with Akpabio who is doing the following:

1) Free and Compulsory education

2) Ibom Power Plant

3) Akwa Ibom International Airport

4) Ibaka deep Seaport

5) Excellent quality road network around the lenght and breath of the state

6) 30,000 seater international stadium

7) Took practical steps to establish the Akwa Ibom state University

First, Tukur does not have an Ijaw wife from Bayelsa state. Journalist should cross check facts before publishing.

Secondly, we have heard about Turkur's sack uncountable times in the past. I will not beleive this story until I see it happen.

All these APC men know how to do is lie, lie and lie more.
They are the same people that concocted the gold phone story.

Bros, I live in Lagos and my job takes me to several states of Nigeria including Akwa Ibom. Fashola cannot match just five legacy projects of Akpabio govt - Ibom International Airport, Road network, Seaport, Ibom Power Plant and Stadium. Akpabio leads by far eventhough the media hype is not there to make noise about his achievements. I once told my colleagues that if all the Nigerian states were developing at the pace of Akwa Ibom Niaja will make the G20 in 2020 easily.

After graduation from UNICAL, Akpabio Lived almost all his life in Lagos. I hear even his parents lived in Lagos too. I know that family a little bit. Only a baby like this poster can come up with threads like this.

Well well well. . . Lagos made modest improvement from third to fourth worst city to live in in the world. This ranking coming after 14yrs of ACN at the helm with billions of dollars in loans and internally generated revenue not to talk of huge federally allocated revenue.

The truth is that some Lagosians have been brainwashed with the loads of propaganda from APC.

1) Why can't Lagos lay pipes for a functional pipe borne water system like most cities of the world? Why should Lagos State government subject us to dangerous sources of water supply like shallow boreholes, MaiRuwa and "Pure" water? Even here in Nigeria, most PDP states I have been to have functional public water system

2) Where are the light rails Fashola went to procure in Canada?

3) The highly publicised Lagos to Badagry expressway has nearly been abandoned with only Orile - Mile 2 completed.

4) Where is the Lekki International Airport these Alausa crooks promised us will be ready by December 2012?

5) Where is the Lekki sea port?

6) We pay for everything under the sun including LAWMA fees to empty our dustbin eventhough they will never come pick up the garbage

They have spilled enough blood through their Boko Haram and as a country, we cannot afford another avoidable over heating of the polity resulting in clashes, destruction and likely loss of lives.
