akd jr: Next time before u comment pls try and read the background of the person u talking about, I am a fellow ndi Ibo like u. And I strongly believe ur family can never surpass the record of kuti's family not even now or later except u can take the bull by the horn now!You are a typical Yoruba brother. The bolded expose you. |
@OP The same evil APC carry out the sabotage, then immediately rush to PUNCH and The Nation to blow media propaganda of how Megawatts have dropped - power sector reforms is not making headway. See, the truth is, most charlatans in APC are not happy that Nigeria is making progress and moving forward under Jonathan. They pray for failure. They are doing everything including outright sabotage of gas pipelines, negative media propaganda, engineering electricity workers against government etc. Like a pack of cards they will all fail woefully. |
OP The picture you painted there is not peculiar to Nigeria. That is how President's of different countries the world over are treated. I faced a similar situation at Calabar airport recently when President of tiny Equatorial Guinea came to town. The airport was shut to every other plane for about 30mins. Telephone communication seized for about 15mins too. |
So many reasons to beleive ASUU strike is Politically motivated. |
What do you mean sef? The President should have boarded Arik or Chanchangi to Port Harcourt or what? Or other sympathisers who could afford private jets should not have used them? The scenario you described here is not new for those of us that worked in airports. It's the President you are talking about. Bear it, afterall, it's once in a long while. |
Fixing Power/Electricity supply will be the greatest legacy by any Nigerian leader. GEJ is already on his way to achieving that. Reason why he will emerge Nigeria's best President ever. May God help him. May God bless Nigeria. |
Junk journalism. Make no mistake, this piece of poo was sponsored by Ngige and his APC retards |
booqee: omg! Dis is the best season film i've ever watched. ee no dey end ni?? I hope it does end anyway...with stella oduah in jail. They will get tired. The mischief will end very soon. For me, I'm signing out now |
These are the type of projects Ameachi is spending Rivers state money on. No wonder projects are abandoned and nothing is working is Rivers anymore. |
berem: If your President got baaallls, let him set up a committee to probe Fashola or any APC governor. The last time Tinubu was being tried for corruption charges, all of you hypocrites trooped to Abuja to cry fowl. Anyway, just hope all the noise about Oduah will end henceforth. |
baby-boy:Some comments can even be so annoying. How old are you? |
koonbey: You Sir,are the Fool;he did not say the Constitution forbids anyone from using Armored Vehicles, what he said was; He,as a Person, could not use the Cars that Oduah purchased. In your own Country that is filled to the Brink with Intellectuals, any Tom,Dick and Harry can use Vehicles from the Aviation Ministry's Motor Pool abi.Is he not a member of the House of Rep's Committee on Aviation? Can't the armoured cars be used to convey him on a visit to airports? Sorry, you are the foool. |
OAM4J: I am not fooled by Oduah's answer. How can you approve an expense without first asking necessary questions, like if the expense is covered in the budget? So what is the basis of seeking the Minister's approval if all she does is just to rubber stamp every proposal? She approved it for NCAA and advised they "Do the needful" according to the law. That is what she should do. A minister overseeing a large ministry like Aviation with several parastatals may not personally be involved with transactions to that level you think. |
HBD deary. Love you so much but Ikechukwu . . . |
"Approved. Do the needful." Buffoons screaming Oduah must go will leak their wounds today. |
re@lchange:. . . and this man was present at Alausa when Fashola arrested, detain and deported his brothers and sisters and dump them at Onitsha head bridge in the darkest hour of the night. |
Well, but Al-Mustafa is better than Buhari. |
Salami: (to Aregbe and Fayemi beating his hands on the chest) I made you guys governor! Fayemi: We know Baba . . . we'll remain loyal Aregbe: Baba ese gan . . . thank you . . . thank you Salami: Kotope . . . but you guys have to also remain grateful to Asiwaju . . . shogbo? He facilitated my appointment to Court of Appeal and I promised to pay him back. He has also stood by me throughout these trying moments.

[b]The ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) yesterday lambasted the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) for being hypocritical on corruption especially on its criticism of the bullet proof cars purchased for the minister of aviation, Stella Oduah. The party described said, the APC is a stinking sepulchre. The party is the headquarters of corruption in Nigeria. This is a party whose leaders relish in stinking miasma but artfully turning blind eyes to it. They however go megaphonic when other political parties are involved. Hardly can you point at any of its leaders without a heavy baggage. In fact, the governors and leaders of the of the APC have been involved in bulletproof car deals more scandalous than that at the aviation ministry, but this is conspicuously missing on the sermon list of these false evangelists of good governance.” The party added: “The speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly is still standing trial for acts of corruption, yet it is not discussed. In Ekiti , Ogun, Oyo, Edo and Osun , bridges and road contacts are outrageously inflated and the masses daily pauperised with the APC conniving in silence,” Metuh said in the statement. On the fate of the aviation minister who spent an unapproved and inflated sum to purchase the N255 million bulletproof BMW cars, the party says Stella Oduah, is on her own. Dangote appears to be the only African in that list. Or am not seeing well? Even the South African President's name Jacob Zuma is missing. |
What has come over this Oshiomole sef? The guy just changed. Or is APC promising him VP slot? Why turned himself to a 'confusionist' lately? |
Feel so excited that Oduah did not appear there in person. All evil plotters against her can go fo*k their mama. |
This ChanelsTV news is toxic to some haters. This is not what they expect to hear. whatever, Oduah is a performer and must retain her job |
Lagos need portable pipeborne water like other cities. Fashola should consider laying pipes all around Lagos and pumping water to the neighbourhoods. Playing politics by attributing recent cholera outbreak to "abacha" only shows how wicked and deceptive those greedy politicians can be. |
All you haters will die of bad belle. Say Amen if you are one of them. He he he he he he. . . |
In Jesus Mighty Name we pray Amen |
CFCfan: 16,000mw is a more realistic target than the ridiculous 160,000mw spewed by another media house. The man said 16,000MW, the low-brain journalist reported 160,000MW |
I had said it before. Something in Tinubu definitely malfunctioning |
Tinubu and his gang keep defrauding South West while bombarding the brainwashed populace with an imaginary performance. If this airport were built to this stage by an APC state, the PUNCH, Nation, Social Media etc will be turned upside down with loads and loads of propaganda. Weldone Gov Isa Yuguda |
OP in addition: 1) Are those the most expensive cars bought by government officials? Ans: No 2) Who else bought cars at that outrageous price? Ans: Fashola 3) At what rate? Ans: 200 million naira each 4) How many? Ans: Three 5) That is 600 million naira of taxpayers money for the three? Ans: Yes 6) For who? Ans: Two for himself and one for his godfather Tinubu |
They are not even needed. |
