Hence, Evans cannot be treated as an already condemned person. It is the job of the courts to do that. very true but have you seen pictures of common criminals caught? They've also not been taken to court but are made to sit on the ground during presentation to the press. Some of them with bullet injuries that requires treatment are only given bandage and not proper treatment. I think all criminals or suspected criminals ( since they are innocent until proven guilty) should be treated the same. Either with dignity or without. And not some with special treatment.

Better send a petition to EFCC. It's under their purview because it's fraud. The police won't do anything. Normally the bank account should've be frozen by now but with police officers that didn't even finish primary school, the sum of their collective IQ is not up to 50. Especially since you said he collected close to 9million from you guys, he will settle those police like 2million then case will die.

Am struggling so hard to understand the rational behind these attacks. Are cows more important than humans? These people will do everything to take care of their cows, but won't bat an eye when it comes to beating, maiming and killing fellow humans. How did we get here? This is why i never drive beside such trucks, and if they come close by, I try to park far away until they are gone. Better careful than sorry.

Meanwhile Can't the govt do something about trucks with containers that fall on the road. A law that will make the drivers pay a huge fine or even imprisonment would be good. A driver that has goods on his truck should be able to anticipate things like this especially on terrible roads like this.
