I don't get why am independent, profit making company would require govt permission to increase prices. Instead of the govt interfering with such companies, why don't they try to break the monopoly that such companies possesses by encouraging home grown companies.

Multichoice has a monopoly in Nigeria market that need to be broken. because when demands outstripped supply, the prices will always go up.

Even though i believed these people are just being politicians, it's still good to show support for the minority blacks.
