Religion / Eve's Sin by GodsMopol: 8:09pm On Dec 03, 2017 |
Prayer has it place Work has its place. Prayer brings favour, but in a case, where everyone has favour(certificate), works becomes the second yardstick Prayer is meant to align us with Gods plan for us. God has a plan for all of us on earth, our prayer is meant to make things easy for us inside (not outside) the will of God If God sends his angels to Ohio and the person because of their insensitivity, choose to go to America, things might not work for them. David could play music, but he was a warrior Music brought him in contact with Saul, but the skill of the warrior, took him to the throne. One is a gift, the other was a work Joseph could interprete dreams, but he needed to be in Egypt, so when a problem arises, he would be summoned Esther was beautiful, and favoured to be the queen, but, it was for the purpose that, someday, a decree will be passed to kill. Well, I think this piece is getting lengthier, Lemme summarize this, God gave the entire earth to Adam, Adam lost it by disobedience to Satan, Satan changed all that God gave man control over. The question of, couldn't God have stopped them from eating it is best answered in this light Adam spent days without eating the fruit Eve spent days without eating the fruit Satan came, why didn't God stop Satan from coming around the garden. God gave Adam, all He needed to overcome the devil, in the devil, the commandment was, Adam had dominion over everything, Adam was to be blamed, God gave Adam 100% control over the earth, if Adam finds an intruding being in the garden, the natural thing to do is not to go friendly, Eve got friendly and started chatting the devil up |

Its better a soul is saved from hell, than bugging them with threads on tithing I think, you guys need to pull a curtain on tithing for now if I truly love God, I will give Him everything, but if I can't give you sth, it only shows my level of esteem toward you I hope you understanding My point Get people to be intimate with God, then they will bow to your God. Martinez19: how many people do you want to be admitted You know the maths now 250,000 people applying for a vacancy for 2000 people, do you know how to do this maths you also need to understand that the entire 250,000 people prayed to God to fill up the space I think, we all want to go to university, even when polythenic are still selling form. Everyone wanna ride a Rolls Royce I guess, but Rolls Royce produce a limit number of vehicle yearly. Some will surely be affected I think I waited three years and am in my final year, and my service towards God is solid, amidst thought of suicide after writing my senior waec twice, I think, we need to move on with sth in life and stop pointing fingers to God |

Religion / How 200,000 Muslims Converted To Christianity In TL Osbornes Camp Meeting by GodsMopol: 6:55pm On Dec 03, 2017 |
To confirm this, there’s another story that has inspired me for years! In 1956, T.L. Osborn was doing a metting before an audience of 200,000 people who were all Muslims, in Darkotr, Java. When all of a sudden Jesus appeared notably over the whole crowd in a cloud. Everyone saw His face and glory and got saved giving their lives and hearts to Jesus! Tremendous! What makes this story more awesome is that these who saw this with photography equipment, took pictures where you actually see Jesus face on the pictures when the Lord appeared. I saw first saw this picture when I read a book T.L. Osborn wrote called “Healing the Sick”. You see the picture where Jesus appeared openly in front of two hundred thousand Muslims. This is what America is about to see and we are starting to experience it in it’s shallow beginning. . . .continue reading here www.joshuamediaministries.org/facetoface/appearances/tlosborn 2 Likes |

This is a good thread I will say The part I will come in is, we all know demons and evil spirits possess the mind of people 2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; There are thoughts, imaginations, suggestions and arguments we need to shut down immediately they come across or around I have slept, only to wake up and realise, the atmosphere is heated by demonic presence and I start praying. Sis, we live in a very wicked world (1 John5:19), but Jesus told us that He has given us a mouth that our enemies can not resist nor gainsay (Luke 21:15), so death and life 3 Likes |

For every temptation, God has given us a Word to launch against it Pray more in tongues, we talk later You are a Christian, and what does a Christian not do. A Christian does not sin. Its like you are no more a sinner, you are not expected to Sin See Psalms 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee. Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Work on your word base |

I think I have an answer, you don't know what you were saying, that's why your words carried no matter Its commonly said, that rolling stones gather no moss Who says, fires of Jesus or fire of Moses in Spiritual warfare, there are billions of verses that you could use in the Bible to cast down or quench fiery dart my observation 1. You don't have a Spiritual life 2. You don't know the Bible 3. Who calls on Moses, if it was Elijah, we still fit hear, but Moses. Lemme close, Jesus said, this kind goeth not except by fasting and prayer bros, you met this kind, forget the fire of Moses thing, give me a verse to proof all you said, fire of Jesus and fire of Moses Please, get serious by the way, do you attend MFM 4 Likes |

Belema5: Yea, I could remember how God spoke to me back then that I should always tithe I believe in some kingdom principles and I want to start reading the old testament to mine some treasures I was meditating on that verse some hours ago, and I realised that, it won't be hard to give, if we understands that God loves us or we see Gods love been poured out on us. Many of this things, we try to relate them, but even at our realm, they can not be uttered, because words can't best express the things of the spirit. Ladyjumong: Okay, the church today is quite different from the church we had back then due to the dark ages, though the love of many is waxing cold The dark ages was a time when there was almost zero Christianity If you practice Christianity, they will kill you, or do things that will make you wish you were never born again or a Christian The dark ages was over when Catholic got hold of the throne of Rome Christians were persecuted in Jerusalem, so Christians flee to Rome but even at that, the persecution was still high, you should know every disciple of Jesus died the death of martyrdom. Things were not really easy as it were now. Until, someone came up who supported the Christians came on board into power in Rome, then it was about 800 years of continuous persecution. There was nothing to say about Christianity, except some in Ethiopia. But the buttomline is, it went from Catholic, to a fraudy Catholic which thought heresies because an average man does not have the Bible, Catholics enslaved many, (God forgive their souls) Some later came to argue that, every man need a right to a Bible, the reformers were the ones that translated the Bible, from Latin to English and the languages people could understand Along the line, Anglican broke out, then other doctrinal churches broke out. I really feel for the body of Christ when I go through this stories www.nairaland.com/4008923/aftermath-dark-ages-quick-look |

Desyner: Lemme assume you read half my post and jumped into conclusion Am not in any way saying tithe is not important You spoke about scale of preference I think the verse preferences it already Matthew 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. The bolded is of more weight or preference than tithe That' my point, am not saying you shouldn't pay tithe, cause the verse didn't infer we shouldn't pay tithe, but we should give more attention to the bolded than requiring tithe from people That reminds me of the word of our Lord, how he said, if when you go to the alter, and you remember that you have sth against another, settle it first, obedience everything first, meet the divine standard and every other thing gracias |

I heard they jailed Paul Paul had three chances to escape, but dude love rugged life Acts 16:25-end Anglican priest, take to the street, get people saved, she doesn't mean a thing Acts 16:27 And the keeper of the prison awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors open, he drew out his sword, and would have killed himself, supposing that the prisoners had been fled. 16:34 And when he had brought them into his house, he set meat before them, and rejoiced, believing in God with all his house. 16:37 But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out privily? nay verily; but let them come themselves and fetch us out. |

lonlytroy: We must understand that, not all churches are at the same level sir If we take extreme measures at times, it will affect the faith and believe of some, so let's not tear churches apart, because we have a point Even though God wants everyone to come to the knowledge of the truth, it's still not a quick one, anything quick doesn't last, people need to see and be washed from some doctrines. It wasn't any bodies fault in any case 2 Likes |

woooo, bazaar though shouldn't be allowed, but we are to understand that God is not holding anyone if they do Romans 14:2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs. 14:3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him. 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand. 2 Likes |
