But please can we get the type of questions been ask at the embassy so that someone will know and understand which area to beam his or her searchlight on. Though reading about Germany and the state where someone is going is less cumbersome but this test of a thing that you don't even have the idea of where they are going to come out at you is something else. Please someone should help here ooo(oga Topeajis, Godson,kellytop and all the people that has passed through this) before I begin dey press the panic button.

futurewise11: You are right.mostly when you lack confidence or when u don't know simple question.beleieve me if you answer all your question very well she will not give u any test.I think adequate preparation and prayer is the key to german student visa.

Yes so true,That is why every applicant need to read something before going for the interview...questions like what do you know about Germany looks simple but many people do not know it!

kelly4top: The woman only get pissed off when you cannot speak out to her hearing due to panic or when you kept repeating same answer always. As far as the interview went fine at the end, you will get your visa. I hope she did not give u test to write? Cos in my class we are supose to be 5 Nigerians but one was denied visa because he failed the test that was given to him by the Embassy after the interview. They wrote him back after 5 working days that his visa was denied because of poor perfomanance. They have even started settting exams for master applicants too. My guy on 16th this month going for master was giving test in his area of bachelors studies after the interview and i was shoked. I really dont know the criteria to avoid the test cos it's not everybody they set test for. Who among you wrote the test? Dont worry ur visa is granted. E better say make the woman mean and you get ur visa but make she no give any any writen test under tension.

They give Test to you when they realized that you have been outta education system for a while and also when they see you lack confidence,You cant answer questions just an alternative way of passing the interview.The test you gotta pass above 50% and they set the test depending on what the person wanna study.

Guy make i yarn you wella,Abeg no carry it for head say the woman mean to you.N her work she dey do,Without that woman nobody can get student visa even though it get issued from Germany.If you don dey think bad about the woman abi you wan hate am then you no go enjoy Germany ooo cos you gotta love everything about Germany with passion..Me dey Dubai dey relax i go enter my crib tommorow..

Oya i am happy for you...Please make sure you get the visa today,I am sure you cant wait...Just let your insurance date be the exact date that you want to travel.Flights are a lil bit expensive now so you can also check your calendar for september

Just know your core subject,Your major..and how long its gonna take.

Well yeah they do and Give it shall be given unto you..Na just 100 naira...They are begging because they pay them peanuts 18,000 naira per month yet they will deduct 2k for uniforms and stuff..Its a pity but i always give with a cheerful heart!

dmitroika: hello guys! i've gone for the interview today.. I was interviewed buy an old German woman upstairs. Everything went fine except for the fact that the woman flares up whenever i gave answers she didn't seem fit for the questions being asked.

I guess the way we interprete questions are quite different from the way the Germans do. I also noticed the Germans to be direct, they don't like being flattered or reminded of their achievements. All the german men i saw at the embassy were very nice, smile at you, help you with stuff that you're not familiar with.. etc., but the woman almost changed my perspevtive about them sha.. she was kinda' rude. I almost attributed her attitude with racism but i'm not the kind of person the jumps into conclusion so i'll settle for "rude".

I got all her questions right except when she asked about how the structure of my program is, i thought she meant modules so i was telling her the courses i'll be doing lol.. I just hope that this alone won't affect the visa approval anyway. My passport got stamped and she said they'll get back to me. I took off immediately!

Bottom line is that it went fine (or so i think), thanks to all those that wished me luck.

Yeah and the name of that woman is Frau Eigelt...She is always like that because she wanna know your reaction and wanna see how serious you are.Do you want her to start laughing with you?Being humble and showing respect kills everything.Just hope for the Best.
