Every air conditioning system in a vehicle depends on a constant flow of refrigerant. With this refrigerant, the air conditioner can produce the cool air that comes out of the ventilation slots in the dashboard. The only way that this refrigerant can continue to function properly is through a component called an air-conditioning compressor, also known as an AC compressor. This component creates a pressure that pushes the refrigerant and allows it to flow smoothly.
As long as the AC compressor remains operational, a stable, cool stream of air should exit from the vents. But like everything else, an AC compressor can fail.

There are some warning signals that will be displayed if your AC compressor becomes poor. Below are 4 common symptoms listed;

The arrival of a new Volkswagen Golf is no big surprise. Since the introduction of the first Golf in 1974, more than 35 million Golfs have been produced in seven generations. U-joints are components of the drive shaft assembly that are installed in most rear-wheel-drive trucks, four-wheel drive trucks, and SUVs or off-road vehicles. It basically functions as the main computer for many of the engine performance and vehicle driving functions. The ECM takes the information from the various engine sensors and uses it to calculate and adjust the spark and engine fuel for maximum power and efficiency.

The ECM plays a crucial role in newer vehicles, where the ECM controls many of the essential functions of the car. When the ECM has a problem, it can cause all kinds of problems with the vehicle and, in some cases, even makes it impossible to drive. In this interview with ABIODUN NEJO, chair of the Nigerian Teachers' Association, Samuel Olugbesan of Ekiti State Wing talks about what the government needs to do to improve teaching and learning in public elementary and secondary schools

What is the primary school environment in Ekiti State?

The primary school environment in rural areas is a bit different from that in urban areas. But basically, I can
say that our elementary schools are okay compared to what is achieved in other states.

Do you think the teaching and learning environment is so cheap that you get the best results?

I would say that the school environment is still not the best in terms of teaching and learning. Although the infrastructure in some of our schools, especially in urban areas, is good and learning can be effective, the situation in rural areas is different. Some schools in such areas are facing major challenges. Even some have no roofs.

What should the state government do in terms of infrastructure?

I want the state government to focus on rural schools. These are schools that need urgent attention. The government should go to such schools and solve their problems.

Why the constant recruitment of teachers?

In the past six or seven years, many teachers have left the teaching service, and no new employees have been hired to fill the vacuum created upon their departure. This has led to a major problem in the education sector. There is no school where there is no lack of teachers. I'm glad that the government heard our cries and agrees that new teachers have to be hired.

How many primary school teachers do you need in Ekiti?

If we have 5,000 elementary teachers in the state of Ekiti, we will still ask for more. But since the government wants to make new hands, it must first think about their wallets. Therefore, it is thought to hire about 1,500 new teachers. In that case, in a way, it will help to remedy the shortcomings we are currently facing.

How many teachers should be at Ekiti Elementary Schools and how many do you currently have?

We have over 800 primary schools in the state of Ekiti. I may not be able to report the correct number of teachers as they retired in September. The average primary school should have at least 16 teachers, but currently most schools have between six and eight teachers. The situation is worrying.

Do you feel comfortable with the number of teachers the government wants to hire in the state?
Half a loaf is always better than none. For some time we have been demanding more teachers. Now that the government is ready to hire new teachers, we must appreciate the gesture. Once the teachers settles in the classrooms, we will continue to make demands for the work to be thorough and efficient.

How do you rate the current recruitment?

I would like to thank Governor Kayode Fayemi for allowing the state Universal Basic Education Board to begin the exercise. I would like to praise the chairman of the SUBEB, Prof. Francisca Aladejana, and her team. They did it very well. I believe that at the end of the exercise, they would have given us the best and Ekiti would be proud of it. The NUT commends them for a perfect job done.

Do teachers really get what they deserve in the state?

Let me first of all pay tribute to the current government of the state for paying teachers' salaries when due. However, we want the government to study the question of holiday pay for teachers.

The Government should take into account that not all Level 14 officials in elementary schools received their holiday allowances for 2015. In fact, no primary school teacher has received his holiday allowance for 2016. Only those in secondary schools were paid. Even then, teachers at secondary schools still yearn for the payout of the 2017 bonus.

The government should take into account the unpaid salary arrears of primary school teachers, who are still owed six monthly salaries. Some of our teachers have received letters of conveyance, but the financial impact has not been realized. If the financial aspect has not yet been implemented, it is a normal paper. I would like to ask the government to implement the promotion of teachers two years ago. When this is done, it motivates them to do more.

What step has the NUT taken to ensure the payment of teachers' salary arrears?

Every time we have a meeting with the governor, we talk about it. Three weeks ago, when he met some stakeholders from the education sector, he promised to settle all the arrears until his one-year term. We still support him with prayers.

Do you believe that the teachers in Ekiti are satisfied with their work?

The problem of job satisfaction is unlimited. Some people will never be satisfied no matter how much money they make. There are some people who are naturally dissatisfied with what they do professionally. For example, a doctor who gives up his job for a time in politics has no job satisfaction.

Everyone knows that teachers in Nigeria are not well paid. If the average teacher receives his salary, leaves a bonus and other entitlements on demand and the atmosphere is conducive, he will be happy and fulfilled.

What is the competence level of elementary school teachers in the state?

It's better now than a few years ago. We have decided through the Teachers Registration Council that anyone who is not registered can not be admitted to the teaching profession. In three months, no teacher in public elementary and secondary schools who is not properly registered will be able to return to the education system. This unique act helped us a lot. Today, you can only find trained teachers in our classrooms.

Do not you have mixed feelings about the idea of ​​hiring graduates to teach at elementary schools?

No. We still believe that graduates can teach in elementary schools. The capacity of primary school teachers is not limited to the national educational certificate. Nowadays, you have to be a college graduate before you can become a headmaster. That's the new system. Even the Ekiti State Teaching Services Commission has requested applications from both graduates and NCE holders for teaching at secondary schools.

Why is there an increase in private elementary schools in the state?

Statistically, I would like to say that the real picture of the increase in public primary schools in Ekiti is not drawn. At the resumption of this meeting, SUBEB Chairman Prof. Aladejana organized an enrollment program. Even Governor Fayemi came to enroll some students.

At the moment, the report we receive from our schools is very encouraging, especially with the executive order introduced by the governor, which cancelled the payment of school fees. This contributed significantly to the increase in the enrollment rate.

There was a time when the number of private schools in the state seemed to increase. At the moment many parents and guardians have started to bring their children and communities back to public schools.

How can basic education in Nigeria be improved?

The federal and state governments have much to do. I want the government and all actors in the education sector to give up the habit of providing services through their sugar-coated lips. You should be sincere. If we all believe that no nation can develop beyond its education, many resources need to be devoted to the development of Nigerian education. The government should invest more funds in education. Adequate infrastructure must be available. Most of the laboratories and libraries in our schools are outdated. Much is needed to ensure improvements in these areas.

Pls I imported a Nissan Quest 2000 since 2014 as Tokunbo

Till date I have not drove additional 2000 miles, I never change brake pad,transmission oil,power steering oil only changed the engine oil whenever I service it. I have changed the fan twice cos it has a single fan but the only problem I have with it is overheating, the fan can't stay long bfre it will start mafuntioning. I can't drive from Sango to Oshodi bfre the fuse will burn.
