Joezinho: I am gonna say it again, our players are overrated and bunch of average fvcktards.. Monster machine o, Etebo the rock o, fine boy maduka o, Denis the menace or whatever the clowns here call them are all Carpenters.
They don't care about the Green white Green. Just a few. The others are medicocre and should be treated as such.. Keep your shitty and overhyped mentality in your pockets. Agreed. I've always maintained this point that we don't have players. Nigeria lacks talents now. If we keep lying to ourselves that coaching is the problem, we will continue to see shambolic displays. Is not a shame that after how many years yekini remains our highest goal scorer for the national team. Our national sides no longer have quality and the reliance on these foreign born can't help us any longer. We need akpu bred footballers with skills. When I watch other African sides with their blend of physicality and skills, I know we have problem in our team. Those ajebo guys can't take us anywhere, players who can't run completely for 90mins and we wonder who will man our midfield or keep clean sheets for us. We are joking |

Rorh qualified us for every damn tournament even before playoffs I was one of those who wanted rohr out and I stand by it. But I remember an interview rohr had with a Nigerian journalist just before the Russia world cup, he lamented about the lack in depth and quality of the national team. This has been our bane and it keeps showing all the time. A typical Nigerian side should have both physicality and technical prowess which you see in other top African sides but missing in our darling super eagles. How can we win big games? I never believed in all these foreign born players. Apart from Victor Moses with his physical prowess which the entire world knows what have these other foreign born offered the National team? It's time we have akpu bred players with skills back in our national sides, unless we are joking |

I have heard things on this thread from these group of players can win AFCON this and AFCON that and we can reach one world Cup Quarter finals or one semifinals. Our players aren't overly as good as we paint here. Iheanacho o, Lookman o, this one o, that one oo. Abeg. We have a national team, we are best just above average. Youth football is what can save naija football, it was on the youth stage we announced our arrival on the world stage. That's where we need to look back into. It's high time we tell ourselves the truth as Nigerians. We have been lacking in football talents for a very long time. No matter the coach we hire, it makes no difference.
We no longer have the players with big hearts. It's time to look at our youth football from u17 therein lies our problem. Quality players naija no get again |

Stormtrooper11: Same Ghana some of our fellow Nigerian countrymen and Ghanaians claim to be better than our nation-state. Ghana that has the worst performing currency in the world after the Russian rubles. Ghana that takes over two years to renovate a domestic airport. Ghana that have majority of their dual carriage roads only in ACCRA. Ghana that can't even compete with Anambra state to talk of Lagos. Onitsha would give Tema and Kumasi a run for its money.
Please, beloved Nigerians lets stop all these hypes and fears of the mediocre Ghanaian black stars and support our darling Super Eagles to whoop the hell outta the Ghanaians. They aren't worth the worry. Most Ghanians are always shocked when they come and see cities in Nigeria and how modern they look compared to their shitholes. The bad image publicity in the media about Nigeria makes Nations especially in Africa think worse about Nigeria |

otipoju: IAmanju explained that this Kumasi airport does not accomodate big planes and so had no provision for a larger stair case.
I did my research and there are only two airlines that fly to the airport. Africa world Airlines and Passion Air. They are both domestic airlines and their planes can carry only 50 passengers at a time . Meaning they are small planes with a low profile exit door.
After we qualify, we can buy two pieces of these modern stairs and donate to one each to the two airlines operating there. This is trash, Kumasi is supposed to be Ghana 2nd largest city, this has exposed how backwards Ghana is. Even towns in Nigeria where airport no bad reach this level. Am disappointed |

BorisJohnson: On Building Credit in the UK
A fundamental mistake I have seen a lot of folks here make is the assumption that a Credit Card is 'a must' to improve credit score. I dare say this is not necessarily true. Whereas having a credit card is a 'plus' it is not the 'koko' thing.
People should note that there is something called: CREDIT FILE. This is more important than a credit card. You can have a fantastic (impeccable) credit score - Excellent without a single credit CARD.
Things to do: 1. Get your name/records into the 'system'. Apply for a provisional driving license (even if you don't intend to drive). It is a fantastic means of identification.
2. Discard that Lebara or Lycamobile PAYG SIM which you have heard so much about. Get the cheapest SIM-Only contract (O2, Three, EE, Virgin, Vodafone etc...). These can be as cheap as £5 per month (with unlimited calls and SMS, and up to 3GB data).
3. If you are a Nigerian, you are qualified to vote in UK Elections. Register to vote.
4. It is a great idea to have at least 1 utility bill in your name (water or electricity or gas).
5. If you are so hard-pressed on getting a 'DEBT card' (aka ~Credit Card), do not despise the days of little beginnings. See if you can get a Store card. For example, my first 'credit' card was Argos store card. I went to buy £12 worth of hair clipper. They lady at the till suggested that I can buy now and pay later. with zero fees. That was how Argos gave me my first credit card - loaded with £200. As of today, I have a combined credit limit of £32,000 (across 4 cards).
Bottom line: Get your details into the system. So that when "credit checks" are performed during your credit card application, they will find your name, linked to an address. Great advice |

Andrenalin: Hello sir,
Good day boss. Please , what do you think about the potentiality of getting a job in the uk with a 10yrs experience in the oil and gas as a mechanical technician. I have Beng Mech Engr and Meng Industrial Engr.
Thanks boss The thing about the UK is that you need to study about the industry and tailor your naija experience to their job specs highlighting the projects you have done and how it relates to the UK industry. They also want to know what you did and not what your company or team did. Also check out the necessary credentials and qualifications that are required for the role you apply for. All Engineering Jobs in the UK are in the shortage skill list and once you can prove you know the job, you can even get a company to sponsor your visa but the question remains do you know the job? |

Emmyk: I'm also at this stage . Got in in January. Registered and make reports of my house rent on Credditladder, did a sim contract with 3 via direct debit, I am also on the electoral register, but no luck getting a credit card yet to build my credit history.
I got 60% approval rate for Lloyds credit card on moneysavingexpert.com, but at the end, I was told I didn't qualify for the card. Try Tesco Bank credit card, if you get 90% approval go ahead and apply but anything less than 90% don't even try. One major issue is you having a full time job, if you don't have, hardly can you get a credit card |
