lookingfly: will all the killings stop the insult that's being heaped on your prophet, Allah and religion now as it stands. Since this incident, there has been more insults coming in. I think we're not animals that kill each other at the slightest provocation. Christians get provoked by you guys trying to claim you know the bible more than us or even claim the bible is a lie. You don't remember these read lines oooo when it's other people's religion but when it's yours you want to intimidate. Do to others what you want them to do to. This is the greatest problem they have. They want others to be sensitive to them but they can never be sensitive to others. Like I've said earlier they really goofed on this one this time around and they will pay dearly for it |

Perhaps this people are sentimental, I would be nice to hear from a core Northern! Would you mind translating what she said? She never insulted any prophet, read the sultan statement. Her offence was mentioning name of Jesus. This was stupidity and intolerance at it's peak. The Muslims will surely pay for this mess this time around cos the girl was unjustifiably killed. Reason some of their clerics are coming out now to condemn it. They got this one wrong this time around. |

Herbephe1: It's really pity that she was not conscious of her environment. She was given birth to in sokoto ,yet she didn't know them. She should have apologized and retracted her statement. Unfortunately she's not smart enough. She wasted her parents money on her. This is not the first time this kind of thing would be happening. It happened in kano nothing happened. Even the prophet muhammad left mekkah to medina in order to avoid being killed. I'm a muslim, and school in the north. With the little months I have spent there,I have known them alot. They are very aggressive, infact I don't argue with them when it comes to religion or political matter. Sometimes I stay indoors and pray (observing solat). A friend of mine once told me that if tribal war were to break out, that he would be the first person to attack me, since then I got to know that, these people are something else. When you're in Rome behave like Romans. I'm not saying you should practice their religion or culture but do not condemn it. When you're among the blinds pretend to b blind too. Ire ooo Apologized for saying Jesus made her pass her exam? You can't be serious. This is is just silly intolerance here |

So she no even abuse any prophet after all.
This coincides what the sultan said that her offence was saying Jesus was the greatest which is not even 100% true as she just affirmed her faith by saying Jesus made her pass her exam.
This girl was unjustifiably killed. May her killers and all those in support never know peace |

walebs147: This one individual calls himself a pilot. In aviation school, you did sociology, right, in order to behave yourself in society and have moral scruples? That initial statement of yours presupposes that you are a terrorist and Nigerian plane passengers especially Christians passengers should henceforth stop boarding the planes the likes of you JAMIL ABUBARKA fly to avoid a repeat of 9/11 in the future. In April the CEO of Starling Bank likened the resurrection of Jesus to Agege bread. The Christian Association of Nigeria CAN only told him to recant his statement, or did anyone lynch him like Deborah? No. Had Christianity not been a religion of peace, the whole of Nigeria would have been plunged into crisis by now. Any religion that permits killing of innocent people is not of God but of the devil. Deborah Samuel you're no more but those who had hands in your death shall die more gruesomely than you. Adieu Deborah. That is the reason for the rebuttal, his career is at stake now. Even his employers won't take him serious again as he's become a huge risk. This is what happens when you don't think before making careless statements |

NNTR: Argument is about trading of ignorances, I dont do arguments, as I have no ignorance to exchange for other people's ignorances traded here.
It is a fact that people do get jobs with certification, as opposed to saying, flat out that certifications won't get anyone jobs. That is not just only an irresponsible remark to make but it's also not correct
Personal text: Jesus is not a theologian. He is God who told stories. Our problem as Nigerians is that we want short cuts and we don't tell people the entire truth. Lots of people have spent thousands of pounds on certifications and got no where. That it happened to some few does validate that truth. Time had proven again and again especially it the IT sector that project experience and working with people over time to negotiate conflicts and requirements is a winner in the job market any day any time. There is a reason why its github profile that gets software developers jobs and not paper work. I only wanted people out there not to be carried away with all these successful stories of not getting experience and getting jobs. And most times there were other factors that some of these successful people don't say. There are also some transfered skills from one sector to another which can also be a factor. It's left for anyone to belive whatever they want but think of the resources people spent to come to the uk and still be struggling for years just because of one data proven factor that they ignore. Am done |

hustla: My house mate, with 0 experience in anything IT or DevOps got job in AWS DevOps on the back of an AWS SAA Cert he was advised to write and trainings he took on ACloud Guru and Udemy Certs you a foot in the door, and you can then explain yourself and prove you have what it takes
His MSc was in Mechatronics so what will you say about this?
There's this babe on US Twitter who went from being a paralegal to obtaining an AWS SA Cert, ITIL and ServiceNow, she now earns north of $100K.
I will look for a link to her page and share it

Even you yourself know the truth. Like I said before folks can believe whatever they want. Cloud technology some years back was still relatively new and folks could get their way in easily but nowadays with everyone brandishing certificates everywhere how many are truly getting their way in now. Am also in a tech community of cloud folks and suddenly folks started advising themselves to stop using past questions to prepare for cert exam but rather get hands on to even sit for exams. Folks are beginning to know that just getting the certificate is not enough. You guys can keep advertising and let people decide whatever way they want. The results will always there as a justification later. Let's look at the data and prove so if many folks are really getting jobs just with certs |

Viruses: Bros calm down. The argument is that you won't get automatic employment by presenting your certificate. The certificate can put you at an advantaged position but you will still need to pass interview to get the job.
If you have certificate and someone without certificate performs better than you at interview, they will take the person and leave you with your certificate true or false? Professional certification(s) are often stated as prerequisite
Personal text: Jesus is not a theologian. He is God who told stories. Get that straight, certifications can't get people jobs, they will have to lie in interviews to claim they have experience when they don't. And God help them if its a contract role, they can't last more than a month or 2 because they will be found out and booted out of the Job. Don't deceive people here. I dont suffer gladly posters that dont like to own up in goofing. Certification will get you work, if you know what to do, how to do things. Period.
PRINCE2, ITIL, ISEB, BCS et cetera enhances your chance of getting picked for interview selection
You got your position either through in house promotion or vacancy created by exit of ex employee(s)
Having being certified by a professional body, is evidence of you being able to do the job, its then up to you to articulate all you know all you've learned to the interviewing panel
Even going through an Agile scrum training, is enough grounds to use when going about explaining what hands on training you have
Personal text: Jesus is not a theologian. He is God who told stories. You are very wrong. Certification is no proof you can do any job. Stop misleading people here. I know your type, you are the kind of people misleading people by selling all sorts of fast track courses and lying to them that they will get job in weeks after getting certified or doing a course.
