This grossly unfair if true

At least nobody’s organ was actually harvested

And he wrote to British Embassy and duly informed them of the purpose of his visit and they never advised him. Not like he sneaked into the UK to carry out the procedure

Nigeria should cut diplomatic ties with UK until this rubbish is reversed

Informing the British embassy is not the issue.

The issue is that the victim was not aware he was going to UK to donate his kidney.

Shameless professor.

A one party state is very dangerous for democracy.

A multi party state ensures transparency, checks and balances.

If you work alone and not for the people, then you get impeached!

Exactly my thoughts.

Also those hailing this very stupid, obnoxious and ridiculous interference judgment, should be ready to approach the supreme court for help, when they are kidnapped for cash ransom.

He is not a kid in political terms and the whole rebellion thing is no longer cute as it is for those much younger and therefore more naive.

If he really wants political office, to make a change on behalf of Nigerians, he needs to start thinking and behaving with a winning political mentality.

PRESS STATEMENT

RE: SOWORE’S NAME MISSING ON INEC PORTAL.

We write to inform members of the public that the news making rounds that the particulars of our Presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore have not been filled on the INEC portal, is FAKE and should be dispelled in its entirety.

As of the time of writing this press release, a total of 84 names of candidates including Mr Omoyele Sowore and his vice-presidential candidate, Mr Haruna Magashi have been uploaded and approved on the INEC portal. INEC also pasted these names and particular in their offices nationwide. Another batch of over 200 candidates are undergoing the approval process in the party and definitely would meet up with the timeline set by INEC on July 15, 2022.

Our party takes due diligence very seriously and Nigerians can be sure that the African Action Congress (AAC) won’t just upload and approve candidates like others; candidates who don’t have certificates, who lack character, competence and integrity.

We enjoin members of our great party, candidates and members of the public to disregard the rumour. We expect that INEC will lead the public correctly on issues concerning the party and on this particular issue, release a statement to put the body in correct light before Nigerians.

Signed:
Femi Adeyeye

Politics / 2023: Sowore Unveils Haruna Garba Magashi As His Running Mate by GoodGovernance: 8:06pm On Jun 30, 2022
The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, Omoyele Sowore, has officially announced a lawyer, Haruna Garba Magashi, as his running mate.

This as he also expressed optimism that his party will defeat the ruling All Progressives Congress and main opposition Peoples Democratic Party during next year’s presidential election.

Sowore, who made the announcement on Thursday in Abuja, said that his running mate has what it takes to deliver Kano, his home state, for the AAC during the 2023 general election.

“We hope to defeat APC over there because the governor has messed up; we know that we will defeat PDP, that’s the party that’s in crisis as we speak.

“We don’t need to talk about the Labour Party in Kano because the party doesn’t exist,” the AAC candidate said.

“We know that we will defeat Alhaji Kwankawso and his party, the NNPP in Kano because we have got someone who is from there.”

The AAC had earlier submitted Magashi’s name to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
