1StopRudeness: Dubious?? How is family company referenc different from someone using his personal company has reference.... some one just asked a related question....I don’t see u calling them fraudulent.....Oga I get ur point... but when one is in restricted by some box policy in some way... u think outside the box..u might see this as breaking rules.... but I don’t see how ones family company referencing someone constitute dubious practice... You said you never really worked for the family company officially so yes DUBIOUS. |

STORY OF MIGRATION
The week went by slowly as a I saw people who got GU with me get PPR or more GUs while my own was the same. Abi I offend them for CIC? I knew other who hadn't gotten GU, so I was grateful for at least some development. I called CIC on Jun 11th, expecting to at least here that they are working on my application or something, only for them to tell me no change that my 6 months ends Nov 7th (probably the time limit they gave themselves to finish background check). My heart sunk as I told the woman it can't be, she was a little touchy, and I could have told her off, but make my village people no go use am destroy wetin God come do, make hin no go delete our application from server. I was a little heart broken (ok a lot).
For those waiting for PPR who read this message, May the blessing of PPR come to you soon Congratulations sir. The bolded had me laughing like a mad man |

KejiT1: Hi, I'm interested, but I have a few questions how can I join?. How much is the program and exam? when will the exam be written plus how soon will the result be out? Can those of us in sciences cope (cos that CIMA does not look like what I can pass Biko)? ..Thanks in advance as I await your response. You can pass it if you put in the work. Some positivity won’t hurt too. |

Trevor83: Good morning all, I’m new here, I don’t even know how to post properly. I hope this works. This is my predicament, I applied for PR in Feb, 2018 through an agency (Canadian agency), they handled my application and had total control of my profile. I was in communication with them via email and phone to follow up on my application. Unfortunately I was never informed of the passport request that was said to have been sent for the issuance of my visa. I was only made aware of this letter when another letter was sent stating that my application was canceled because I never responded to the passport request email. There excuse was that they never got an email notification and when they eventually saw the letter the deadline for submission has passed. They claimed they submitted CSE to request an extension, meanwhile I was never notified of all these developments until the rejection letter was sent. I have written directly to CIC detailing what happened and asking them to pls reopen my application. The application was made 2 months ago up till now I haven’t heard from them. The GURUS in the house what do you suggest I do Pls house treat as VERY URGENT. Thanks. Are you sure the so called Canadian agency isn't giving you zobo like this? Plus since you paid them to handle the whole thing and they missed it due to their incompetence, shouldn't you be asking for a full refund? |

tymix1: Thanks for clarifying. I contacted CIMA, and ran through my degree with them. I was told that I have full exemption for all four papers of the certificate, and a further two exemptions on the next stage after the BA papers. I was also told that I only had to do one of the BA papers (of my choice) to get the certificate. I can also waive all exemptions if I choose to.
I’ve heard of a success story of someone applying their exemptions for ACCA here. Please do you know anyone who only did Ba4, got the CIMA certificate, and did not get the desired evaluation from WES? Looking forward to hearing from you, and thanks again. Don't waste your time. With all those exemptions, WES won't give you a positive evaluation. |
