This picture shows the list of xiaomi device using Corning gorilla glass 5, and the redmi 7 isn't among. Does that mean the redmi 7 isn't using Gorilla glass 5? What do you think?

Are you confusing the Redmi 7 for Redmi note 7?
Modified : I understand why you asked now, its stated in the specs to come with gorilla glass 5. Don't be bothered about that chart, it always happen this way for some devices not to be listed there. But whether or not it comes with gorilla glass, always protect your screen because glass na glass.

i took pictures with my rn7 today and i discovered it results where white..i used note5 and my note5 pictures are better than it ..i don't knw if it's sun entering it or what but the front camera is great..
then i tried installing gcam ..i installed and rebooted but once i click portrait mode and snap it would stop ..shows camera has stopped
is there any thing like fake rn7 .or whats probably the issue
i didn't toggle my note5 settings in order to get a good picture
ba3 is working fine and every other thing... got it on jumia tru ifedith

You mean the pics taken were overexposed. Have you updated your phone? If the overexposure continues, tap on the subject you want to snap or tap on the background before snapping. As for the gcam crashes, download another gcam apk that's more stable than the current one you have. Where did you download the gcam from?

Stock Android, not just stock rom, two different things. Stock Android is the way Google designed the Android Os to be. Its appearance is different from what you find in many big OEMS like Samsung, Huawei, etc. What you find in e.g Samsung, is the Android Os with modifications or additional features like icon packs, themes, wallpapers, gallery, file manager,etc. When such additions are made to the original Android Os, the Os is then referred to as skinned Android, not stock anymore. Examples of Skinned Android are the One UI on Samsung phones, Oxygen Os on Oneplus devices, Miui on most Xaiomi phones, Emui on Huawei devices, Xos on Infinix phones, etc.

Have you customised any theme before? You need to start playing around with some stuff wink

. As you can see, you can make use of more than one theme at a time mine is 6.

Your rom is miui, his is stock Android, very different os.

Imaging, I downloadd fm on play store and the app almost wipe out my entire data just to listen to cool fm. So annoying.

No, not only Xiaomi phones, works with phones from Oneplus, Samsung, Lg, Lenovo, Nokia, etc, but only compatible with snapdragon processors with support for camera2api.

First, the Zero 6 should be compared with the Redmi note 5 because it bests all Infinix phones before the Zero 6 was announced. Am not even talking with Gcam ooo, with Gcam even the Redmi note 4/4x sweeps anything from transsion with a really pronounced margin, have done comparisons with two users of Camon X Pro.

Go for the Xiaomi because of price, better camera experience (you can even install Gcam for a greater experience without root), support from miui and developers, and lastly, Xiaomi allows you to unlock bootloader unlike Huawei (don't know if they have changed their mind) which is useful should you need to to root one day. It's always good to have options.

You can get some fonts in your themes app, either type Aafont or mobyfont on the search bar of the themes app. For we wen nr like those bogus fonts, we settle with 'moby glint'.

Most times they update faster than Nipost and Nipost downtime nr dey affect many times.

Honesty, no one will even swap his Redmi note 5 for Infinix note 5 even if you intend adding cash, unless what you are adding is exorbitant. Just sell your phone and get the device you need.

Shouldn't it be on additional settings?

Go to settings and type 'region' on the search bar.
