What does u3 mean?

Its under class 10, speeds of over 10Mb/s. If you check your class 10 memory card you'll either see U1 or U3 inscribed on it.

U1 = speeds of around 10Mb/s
U3 = speeds of around 30Mb/s

Most of the memory cards I have bought have been Mixza, never had any complaint from anyone. Hope your 128gig is U3 in terms of class.

A wise man once said cheap things dey run bele. Even the flagship poco f1 can't stand against a Samsung s7 or iPhone 6s. Save buy a standard phone with spare parts availability. As for camera why buy a camera when I can get similar in a quality phone. Be wise guys

Pls guys... I can't move or delete anything from the SDcard on my RN5.. I've tried to give it the permission it is requesting for.. But it is still sticked here.

Tap the recents button (left button underneath ur screen) then hold file manager tab. Just follow the screenshot and grant file manager permission to access storage.


If it still doesn't wor, go to settings - Installed apps - tap the 3 dots on the top right of your screen and click show system - scroll down and search for 'documents' and enable it. Though this is supposed to be enabled by default.

Have you turned off recommendation on file manager? Which Video player do you use, try and see if you can turn it off too if it's the stock video player. As for third party video players like MX player, sorry, its from Android, they are littered with ads, even watching YouTube videos these days na war, ads everywhere, Google needs more money.

What qualifies a phone to be a flagship is not the price really, as many persons think. It is supposed to mean the 'flag bearer' - the best phone from an OEM. Going by the last statement, the best from an OEM might not even be up to the least from another OEM, hence the term flagship cannot be used across board to generalise high end phones with approximately equal performance. We cannot say the best car from Peugeot ( which is their own flagship) has the same performance as the best car from Mercedes (another flashship).
Nowadays, its safer to use the term flagship to represent the performance of a phone no matter the name of the OEM. Meaning, we categorise phones according to their performance (which is mainly a product of the processor used, then camera, built quality, then maybe software), irrespective of the OEM. To cut a long story, in mobile phone world, phones are generally categorise as low end, mid range (lower, middle, and upper), and high end (there should be another category for this ). The Tecno phantom 8 now sits in the lower mid range category based on the processor it has and its performance, even though its the best from Tecno currently.

The Note 6 pro is something else. The closest thing i have seen to this display is the galaxy s8 and the iphone x.

This phone is amazing guys. Words are not enough right now.

I got the blue instead of the black but i am 100% satisfied. Thanks to the contributors on this thread, you guys gave me the confidence to try out this mobile.

1. Aliexpress tells you the version while on jumia they didn't. They rarely do.

2. It gives options of color in aliexpress but in jumia, you must manually look for phones that has the choice color.

3. And you can add protective screen and case in aliexpress, on jumia you will have to order separately and pay another N600 + N600 for global.

And all these are plus and you get prodicts way cheaper with direct contact with sellers.

I did buy my mi max 2 from jumia. It had issues. I'm yet to get a help from jumia or seller. They just told me they can't help. I'm just finding out that the mi max 2 came with a global developer rom disguised as global version. No wonder it stopped getting network signals after an update.

Very valid points. I know how much I lost then, because of the shady return policy from Jumia. An item will be rejected just because of a little sticker you removed from your item. When you get a refund, they don't refund shipping fee, so you are already at a loss. They sell already rejected (faulty) items to the next available customer (have experience this twice, happened to a friend last week, purchased a faulty LEeco le 2),and the list goes on. Truth is you can get good deals from Jumia sometimes, but they have a lot of work to do. Should I add that you are sure of the originality of items with Aliexpress compared to Jumia. When I see many electronic items like tvs, gas cookers, pressing irons, etc on Jumia, I just smh.

I sight some trolls here, I still know that some people are trying to get an Helio P23 device for over 100k .
