Just wish apps can be installed on mmc instead of phone memory on this miui.

It's not a miui thing, it's from Android, I think from Android Kitkat, you can't move apps to memory cards.

I can't upload pictures or videos on any site from my phone.
It keeps closing the app and re-opening it again. I've tried Opera, UC mini, Chrome, CM browser and Mozilla and it's still the same thing.
I've got about 7gb of free space in my phone.
I've tried all the tips I got online, but it's still the same.
This is my first time of using xiaomi and I've not encountered this on any of the other phones I used prior to this.
Someone said its the intensive "ram management in their Ui", but if their ram management won't let me do anything, what's the point?
Btw, I use Redmi 7.

It's not about ram management being aggressive or not, it's particular to your unit otherwise you would have seen tons of complaints about this here and on other platforms. I bet if you check Google for similar issue, you'll likely see none. Secondly, when making your submission, there's no point trying to make it sound as if it's an issue with Xiaomi phones, won't do any good, you can see screenshots from many users all over the pages of this thread, tells you that it's an issue with your phone.

Ok, let's try to check for what's wrong, have you rebooted your phone all this while?

The note 5 is a better device in virtually every way, plus the bigger ram really makes it even sweeter. Cameras are better too with the note 5 but.....

Since its for a lady, go with the Redmi 7, it's more pretty, trendy, and Gcam can be installed just by downloading the apk which makes the camera better than the default one of the note 5 in many cases. The Redmi note 7 actually manages ram well eventually on the 3gig ram variant plus, the Redmi 7 has a dedicated SD card slot.

Either manually flash your current rom if there's no pending update or do a factory reset.

Do you have a link/video to how one can change the Power Button Flex, my Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A Prime power button is not working again, i had to result to use of Quick ball or open with Knife to switch it on.

You can search for how it's done with other Xiaomi phones if yours is not there, it's quite thesame.

We know how many Samsung users sang about the IR blaster those days and talked about the tweaking prowess of the S3 and co, the Internet don't forget .

What makes one better than the other is its ease of access. In other words how easy its to fool a security system.

And you can check iris and fingerprint are one of the safest in the world

So what are you trying to say? In your previous post, you tried to justify the slow face recognition on the A50 as claimed by a user to the use of Iris recognition. But even Samsung says its facial recognition . Get an S9, you'll see the Iris scanner, it's no longer there on current Samsung devices.

Thats why when i saw this comment i was laughing. I wanted to comment that theres a difference between face unlock and iris unlock. But every time i try to express my views. It will be seen as an attack against the device/ brand

On my previous hot7 and hot6 if you close your eyes. The phone will still unlock.

But on this my Samsung you cant do such. Your eyes have to be open. If not the phone will not unlock . It goes a long way in protecting the integrity of the phone
