Sorry to interrupt but if Xiaomi is this good after almost a decade of entering the Nigerian market. Why is it still struggling to gain ground? This is despite the supposed wacky processors put into transsion devices. They keep on selling. And in the global market is still below even OPPO.

It seems like it is only on Nairaland that this brand is popular. And these phones are so good.

Point of correction, their notch and hole screen designs are so 2017. Need to say that before some people will turn it into a topic for the weekend

Modern screen designs should be tilting towards having the most screen real estate while maintaining same or even smaller body size i.e. Higher screen to body ratio in a smaller form factor. Anything short of that is just a regression in my opinion.

Am just not feeling the Note 8 pro and Note 8 maybe coz of the notch. Any smartphone with any iota of notch is so 2017 so far as am concerned. Whether they call it eyebrow, dew drop, water drop etc I no do.

I expect Xiaomi to release more similar screen designs like that of the Mi9t, now that is truly an updated design language.

Another reason for people to pick this over the note 8 pro, it has a dedicated SD card slot. The bezels compared to the note 8 pro though, funny people.

State exactly what happened. You don't need to upload any evidence so long item didn't get to you, just choose logistics problems (item didn't arrive or sent to a wrong address) as dispute reason.

I used to complain about the vertical two-row display of miui's multitasking screen but I quickly learned to appreciate xiaomi; that horizontal multitasking screen is not the best. It's more tasking than it needs to be cos if you don't time your swipe well you'll either overshoot the app at the edge, which you're trying to select, or you'll not get to it. I got better at it eventually but it is unnecessary physics practical IMO

Phone is nice and unique for those who love huge displays. Camera and performance is same with the Redmi note 5, but battery is a monster .

Yeah, truth is memory cards are now cheaper than ever. At the price you got yours won't settle for just class 10, can get class U3 both from SanDisk and other brands.

Note 7 is different from note 7 pro. Note 7 pro houses the SD 675 which is a lot better than the SD 665 on the note 8. For camera apart from the extra cameras attached to the note 8, it's very likely the note 7 pro will outperform it with shots from the main camera, let's wait for more detailed reviews.

Maybe you are referring to my last screenshot, phone is Mi 8 lite, network bar is a result of Android 8 to 9 I think.
