Over 200+ awardee attended and were conferred. A news outlet posted that a single person out of the hundreds of those who were to be conferred wasnt invited and you believed it? Without questioning the source and authenticity of the news.

Even in college admissions, the schools is expected to send individual letters to successful candidates. Go to other countries and see how they honout their fallen heroes. President Bush Jnr was seriously criticised one time after he used digitally appended signatures on letters notifying the families of slain troops.
